[Resolved] Airtel — Non-connection of 3G Data Connection | |||
I had called M/s.Skylink Communications for a 3G data connection on 21st November 2012. They inturn had informed that their representative would meet me in person on 22nd November 2012 at 7.00 pm. But when I had called the representative Mr.Ashraf several times he had expressed his inability to meet me on 22.11.2012 and in turn said that he would meet me on 23.11.2012. He had met me on 23.11.2012 and handed over the dongle after I had made the requisite payment and in turn had collected my Photo, Pan Card Copy and DL copy for due verification. I had waited for a week for the data connection and called M/s.Skylink in this regard several number of times, but in vain, there was not a single response from their side. In turn, I had made calls to Airtel office and they had informed me that my data was not logged in. When I had recontacted M/s.Skylink they informed my that they had re-logined my data only on 04.12.2012. I was also given an assurance that I would be get a verification call and also the connection would be immediately. But till this time , I have not received any calls. The response from M/s.Skylink is atrocious. If I do not get a reply within a day for my mail and if my connection is not provided. I will be forced to take this issue to Consumer Forum.
