[Resolved] Airtel — Not able to receive any incoming call and SMS. | |||
Hi, I ported from vodafone to Airtel last week. First airtel people messed with my request and my number was deactivated for 1 week. After that when they finally successfully ported the number, only outgoing call and 3g is working. I am not able to receive any incoming call. incoming/ougoing SMS also not working. If you call on my number ([protected]) it says “you seemed to have dialed an invalid number”. Customer care of Airtel is another headache. First they put your call on hold and never come back. yesterday after trying 3-4 calls i could register a complaint. Today when i called to get the status of that complaint they told me your complaint is regarding 2G services and not related to incoming calls.This is sad and unacceptable. Can someone please help. I am getting frequently unwanted marketing calls and SMS from Airtail service provider. I want this practices should be immidiately stoppedAirTel — REGARDING INCOMING CALL

AirTel — incoming receive calls,sms
Respected Airtel Management,Sir i need to know about my incoming recieved calls,sms in last one month.because in last one month there i have so much wrong numbers miss calls,calls,sms.sometimes i get threats.so for my safety i need incoming calls list to block in my number.My prepaid number is [protected].please send me this list to my e-mail number.

I am not recieving any call from last 4 days,if anyone try to call me it tell that the number is switched off, while the number is on.

Am not able to receive an incoming calls and sms for my airtrel prepaid number [protected] Also not able to send sms from past 1 week. I even called up the customer care for more than 7 times no response had been to airtel outlet still no response. This is very annoying the customer executive says you will get an call from technical team nut no response and outlet care says if will sort by end of the day. Very bad service and torture.
Please rectify this situation at earliest.

AirTel — Unable to dial and receive calls
My phone services were stopped suddenly without notice and they claim that they called my number for verification which they never did. This happened after I rechargde my sim for RS220. I even visitied their office for submitting the documents but they refused to acknowledge them. What actions can be taken against Airtel so that people can be saved from false promise.
