[Resolved] Airtel — not refunding my | |||
Sir, my airtel dth account no.[protected], in 2011 in the mid march i have disconnected my airtel dth services because of their unsatisfactory services and i have Rs.2450.00 balance in my dth account which they said it will be refunded after they collect the set top box and dish, but it has been a year and more they collected those things and i have not received my amount till date. please help and do justice ensure them me pay with interest. v.s.ravi kiran [protected]/[protected]/[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

Airtel DTH — Not refunding my payment
Hi,I booked Airtel DTH through Online offer on 2nd October.
I got a call from[protected] and payment was directed to IVR and i made payment of Rs. 999/-.
Thereafter there was no response from Aitrel DTH team.After many calls to them i had one representative visit my premises on 7th October and he said that directions of balcony is such that we cannot install the antenna hence the money would be refunded.
Since then i have been following the Airtel guys and have been making calls upto 3 times a day and everytime i get a reply stating i would get a call within one hour and that it is already forwarded to senior officials but i never ever get any call from them.Please help me get my money back.
This is height o[censored]nprofessional behaviour from their side.

Airtel Dish DTH — Not refunding money
I bought an Airtel Dish TV connection recently and when i shifted my house I called to customer care and made a request to do reinstallation of the device. They agreed to send their executive to do the executive. But even after 3-4 days no one came and in between I called customer care so many times for follow up.Each time different people will be taking the phone and will tell different stories and finally I called to customer care and asked to disconnect the device and to refund my money. That executive agreed and he said will refund my money. But next day, some executive called me and told they wont refund my money as it is not company policy. It is two weeks passed now and no one responded for my request. Providing this kind of pathetic service, as a customer I do not want to pursue their service and want my money back.
