[Resolved] Airtel — Not responding to customer care calls (Executive disconnects the call as soon as he pick n listen the problem)
Dear concerned person,
I want to lodge a complaint against bharti Airtel. I am a valued postpaid
Customer of airtel. When I call to customer care executive regarding some issue, they take
unusual time to pick the call. And on top of it as soon as they pick the call, intentionally it is disconnected just after hearing one or two words from me as if they are told to do so. It happens each time I call them. What kind of service airtel is providing. I will switch to some other customer oriented
Provider if this continues. Enough of it.
Kindly take it forward to concerned authorities.

The ssue was resolved to my satisfaction. Airtel called and assured me that this won't happen in future.
