[Resolved]  Airtel — Not responding to customer care calls (Executive disconnects the call as soon as he pick n listen the problem)

Dear concerned person,

I want to lodge a complaint against bharti Airtel. I am a valued postpaid
Customer of airtel. When I call to customer care executive regarding some issue, they take
unusual time to pick the call. And on top of it as soon as they pick the call, intentionally it is disconnected just after hearing one or two words from me as if they are told to do so. It happens each time I call them. What kind of service airtel is providing. I will switch to some other customer oriented
Provider if this continues. Enough of it.

Kindly take it forward to concerned authorities.

The ssue was resolved to my satisfaction. Airtel called and assured me that this won't happen in future.

I m anup singh sachan having mobile no [protected] today night (27early morning 2008)i m going to out of country (Thiland) i m triying Air Tel customes care no. 121 not responding last one hours. Pls activate my International roaming. Last time i have so much problem.

Dear sir
I have a airtel no:-[protected] purchase from deoghar jharkhand but we are not able to attened any phone call on land line ( BSNL BASIC PHONE ) For your information i am in media so due to conection fault we can't able to attaned some important calls.
So you are requested to treat the matter as an urgent basis

So many times i called u but the customer care will not responding me, ye kya battamiji hai, ekto hum aapse problem kliye phone karte hai to humara prob. solve nahi hota, kya customer k pass itna time hai ki aap logonko 10 call bhi karte rahe, uske bavajood agar call 6th time karo to customer care se disconnect karte ye kya tarika hai.

Airtel din-b-din apna service down aur apna image bhi down karta jarahahai mere ghar me 7 mobiles me airtel sim chalta hai.

AirTel — customercare not responding

my sim card was lost, intimated to customer care to block the card, they ignored the sim is active and is used by un authorised persons, to intimate this i was trying to reach the cstomer care no [protected] from my land no but not able to get connected to the customer care represetative even after 100 attempts.

On the date 23-March-2009 I have recieved a massage, '' congratulation you have down loaded Games".after that I have sucked b'coz Rs 292 is deducted from my balance of Rs293.I have registered a complaint to Customer Care Department.Executive answered me I cant explain Right now after 24 hr it will display in our system and we can reply you after 48 hr of complaint register.But I have called after 24 hr to your costumer care then he replyed me ''your mobile, u better know about it u have down loaded 3 java games".I have sucked by hearing it.and his behaviour of talking was not good.After that call I also can't talk to Costumer care executive.I cant understand what type of service you provide to us.

*U have deducted My Balance of RS 292
*U answered me I have down loaded Java Games But I still cant recieved that game.
*Ur costumer care executive doesnt know how to behave with costumer.
*And now My no is blocked from talking with executive.

This is only a monopoly business.

I really fed up with your service

Please change it or If you can pls remburse my money otherwise send those games.

Airtel Connection — customer care executive are not responding

Dear Team

I have hold airtel connection since 4 years between 2 month i have called customer care no ie (121) to talk the customer care executive but they are not responding to me.
I mr mahesh patade having lifetime pre-paid card. my mob. no. is [protected].
from last month several times money is deducted for job alerts. After spoken to the customer care several timess I have manage to deactivate that service. But again on 30.04.09 Rs. 30/- has been deducted without activation. Please look into the matter. Please I want Rs. 30 back credited to my account. I dont want any job alert on mobile.

AirTel — customer complaint not resolved

Dear Airtel,

I have been receiving massages from 290603 (Subject Love tips) since last 3 months and immediately I am receiving debit of Rs 3 for every massage. I am not aware why such massages are sent to me with cost. I have tried all the help line (customer care no.) and sent massage to customer care center for stop such massage but did not get resolved till now. Request you to solve this problem or else I will have to surrender the SIM.

AirTel — not responding to calls

Dear sir OR madam,

i am airtel customer from past 3years and my number is [protected]. I am very much happy with your service till now but sorry to say now i am not.. Last week i got a call from AIRTEL NUMBER [protected] and he asked me to shift to postpaid connection and also offered me good offers and i agreed to it, then he sent an sales executive to my home to collect the documents and a sum of RS.300 which he said is refundable after 3months and i gav my documents and also rs.300 last THURSDAY[protected] AND after that and enquiry person named DAYA ANAND mob NUMBER [protected] came for enquiry on SATURDAY[protected] AND said my new connection will be activated by 21hrs ie[protected] BUT TILL NOW IT HAS NOT BEEN ACTIVATED. AND FROM 3DAYS I AM CALLING TO THIS NUMBER [protected] BUT HE IS JUST NOT AT ALL ANSWERING MY CALL . CAN YOU PLEASE EXPLAIN WHAT DOES IT MEAN?????? EITHER THIS NUMBER IS ALWAYS IN WAITING, BUSY OR WHEN RINGING BUT NOT REPLYING .. REALLY I AM MUCH DISSATISFIED ON THIS SERVICE OH YOURS. Bharti Airtel Limited — Charging Customer for calling to Customer care

I have been a customer to airtel since 4 years, today when i called up the customer care i am informed that i will be charged Rs 0.5 / 3 minutes when i call to Customer Care and there is a new TRAI Regulation on this. This shows that a consumer do noit have right to get services also. He does not have right to complain to the service provider.

I request TRAI withdraw the regulation or change the name from "Customer Care" to "Provider Care" or "Customer Curse".

No other country in the world is following these types of economist policies.

KUDOS TRAI..... Bad luck Customers.
There is not the right approach by Airtel. I had given a cancellation notice on connection and called the call centre. They gave reference number but now they have come up saying that they do not have any reference number. They are also charging 30 Ps/ 3 Mins when we called them.

Their reply is also pathetic in this website and not answering the questions but beating around the bush. Very Bad customer care

AirTel — Not responding to complaints

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am using Airtel Broadband services since last three years. I am really tired of Airtel's service.
In my apartment, we have three broadband connections. In January / February 2010 while doing major telephone related wiring repair in our society, Airtel engineer/wireman interchanged my broadband connection[protected] with my friend’s connection[protected]. I complained about this, but they never resolve this issue.
Since last two months I am facing frequent internet disconnection problem. I daily have to fight with internet connection after coming back from office. I pay monthly charges of Rs. 992 per month. Rs. 992 does not have any value? For me it is huge amount, but for Airtel it does not have any values, because they have huge number of customer.
I have done four complaints to Airtel customer service regarding this issue in last four month. I have reference numbers for two latest complaints.
Each time I called them and ask them about what happened to my last request they said status of your request is “Resolved”. How come this request has been resolve at Airtel’s end without even asking me?
Service request no. 32750388. Request made on date 16 May 2010 regarding frequent disconnection from Airtel. One Airtel executive visited me. He concluded that modem I am using is not working and said that “I am now running out of modem, I will be back within a day or two and will replace your modem”.
Nothing happened.
I called two days before on 13th June 2010 and ask about previous request i.e. Service request no. 32750388. Airtel said status of this complain is “Resolved” at their end and they raised a new complaint. Service request no. 33811936. Yesterday I received a call from Airtel about engineer’s visit. He promised me to call at evening. He did not, so I called him after coming back from office at night. HE guided me something on phone and made connection temporarily work.
Again today after coming back from office, situation is same. Internet is not working. Again I called fifth time to Airtel. They said request which I had raised two days before (Service request no.[protected] is resolved at their end. How Airtel can resolve complaints at their end without even asking to customers?
Telephone line with this connections in my house all are have permanent disturbance.
Is this the level of service expected for one of the largest telecom player in India? Or as government does not have control on this people, so they are doing and exploiting Indian customer in the way they want? How long Indian customers have to suffer?
It’s just frustrating, ridiculous, like Airtel is having fun with customers.
Please help/guide me.
