[Resolved] Airtel — Not responding to customer care calls (Executive disconnects the call as soon as he pick n listen the problem) | |
Dear concerned person, I want to lodge a complaint against bharti Airtel. I am a valued postpaid Customer of airtel. When I call to customer care executive regarding some issue, they take unusual time to pick the call. And on top of it as soon as they pick the call, intentionally it is disconnected just after hearing one or two words from me as if they are told to do so. It happens each time I call them. What kind of service airtel is providing. I will switch to some other customer oriented Provider if this continues. Enough of it. Kindly take it forward to concerned authorities. My Mobile No is [protected]. Yeater Day(jan 2 2011) i made a call to Airtel Customer Care and Enquired about airtel Value Added Service Money Dedution Problem . The Customer Executive did not Responded well . She did not Respected me.She Holed my call around 1 minute and she Cutted my call suddenly.

I am continually calling to costumer care but same unresponding attitute repeating.Please take acorrect acction against them. I do not have time oly for submitting the application. This is Prashant Khemariya Airtel Prepaid Customer ([protected]) from MP. Sir I have applied application on 30th march-2010 related with reduce my call rate and refund remaining money. From 30th march-2010 to till now I have receive four calls from customer care mob. No. [protected] on 70th- April-2010 3:48 PM, 9th April 2010 6:49 PM (Mr. Shashikant.) to resolve my problem. But he has told that It is Impossible to refund your money and call rate will not be change. Sir I request to u Please take correct action. This is second time when I applied for my right. Sir I have attached copy of Previous application.

Hello Sir / Madam
This is Prashant Khemariya costomer of Airlet prepaid sim ([protected]) i have recived 5-10 sms from
costomer care for special recharge information on between 18th march-20th march -2010 and further recieved
a call from costomer care on 20 th march 2010 at 12:50 Pm, that mean was if i rechahe my mob no. with 55 Rs.
right now, then get 45 Rs. and within 48 hrs i will recieve remaining 5 Rs and my call rate will be 50/min for all
local and std mob.so i have recharged my mob with 55 on 20th march at 12:56 PM.
But after 48hrs i dont have receive any money or teriff for reduce call rate. When i call to costomer care on 22
march 2010 at 7:00 PM to refound my money and reduced my call rate their was no responce and again call to
costomer care and talk with Mr. Anand Raj on 25 march 2010 at 1:38 PM but same problem was there. form 25
march to till now i have calling to costomer care continually for reduce my call rate but nobody is responding
me, so kindlly haelp me.
