[Resolved] Airtel — Not working - not rectified despite repeated reminders | |||
Hi, I have taken a connection of Airtel DTH for my parents in Chennai. The Consumer number is Consumer NO: [protected] For the past 15 days, there is no reception - instead it gives an error code: 4. I have complained to Airtel by email and by phone 5 times already. There is NO reply from them. The problem still continues. I am going to sue Airtel for pathetic and negligent consumer service. We had Tata Sky earlier and there were zero complaints - we shifted to Airtel only because Tata Sky does not include any Christian channels. Do let us know how we can take Airtel to court for billing us each day and not providing the required service to fix the problem. Stay away from Airtel DTH. Airtel is a company with PATHETIC Consumer service - the term consumer service does not exist in their dictionary. Thanks Michael. Was this information helpful? | |||
