Airtel Online Prepaid Recharge — Not acting on the time | |
On 08-01-10 night 23.06 hours rechared my mobile by online prepaid recharge through ICICI Bank.Immediatly amount debited form account but till now it was not done by the company.from the morning i am tring for customer care but no on attending the call.So please book case against the company in falure of services. i also have the same problem. i recharged my airtel prepaid mobile ([protected]) online from pnb net banking. the amount was immediately deducted from my account but i didn't get the balance in my mobile. i've been waiting for 2 hours now. help me as soon as possible.
