Sir, I have already sent a complaint letter last week regarding mobile number [protected] to cancel the same and adjust bill amount from my deposit Rs.300/- and Rs.600/- deposited with Digi Computers, Malleshwaram, Bangalore for another 2 numbers which has not been activated till date. I have not received any information either by post or by e-mails from airtel.Please treat this matter nost urgent. I have been getting calls from this number and the female staff on the other end has been harrassing me, trying to follow up for payment of a mobile number which is not mine. In spite of repeated request and with bit of harshness that i would lodge a Police complaint, they dont seem to budge. They use unparliamentarily & absusive languages.
The most irritating part is harassing with frantic calls.
Reqest AIRTEL to plz take stringent action against such agency and to avoid using agencies for such Unscrupulous activity.
