Hi,

i want to know airtel land line post paid new packages

kindly give the reply as soon as possible

i paid last month due till now my sim inactive pl consider

I WANT FULL DETAIL( CALL AND RECIVED NO). OF MY BILL FROM 2.1.10

They asking me to pay SMS charges of 778 which is not fair. I had a offer of 1000 sms free per month. I was not known when the offer get over. I called customer care about four or five times. They advised me they will send email or msg. Instead of asking four or five times. No one give me confirmation. And the bigg generated, when saw it was a hugh amount. I asked them to reverse the charges. But they did not .

I purchased a health inssurance policy by TATA AIG through telephonic on june-2009, Bychance policy documents has misplased. Inthis regard i have already inform to department and also req. to duplicate papers. customer care release me ref. no-7049832 in this regards. but department is failure to sent duplicate papers to me till date. kindly sent me duplicate papers as soon as possible.
