I am facing call drop from beginning of my connection and poor coverage for last four months or so. I have been complaining for call drop and poor coverage through
1. Company’s web site
2. Company show room,
3. and Through Customer Care number
But I am still facing the same problem. On the site, it shows only three complains that too with three different statuses. (Closed, Cancelled, and Open) If I try to log another complain, it does not allow me to do so.
When I called up customer care to get the details today @ 19:50 pm, I did not get the satisfactory answer. Worse part of it was, even that call also got dropped and disconnected.
Airtel service has become a mental harassment for me now where in there is absolutely no communication channel to forward my complain.
I have already escalated this issue to TRAI and if no corrective action has been taken, I have decided to take it up with consumer forum.

AirTel — Regarding SMS pack
I got my Airtel number [protected] recharged with SMS pack of Rs. 103 on 21st March 2010. Company promises to give 300 free SMSes everyday (validity 30 days) on recharging the number with the above mentioned recharge coupon. But SMSes were not being sent, so I contacted the customer care. The person said that messages were not being sent because the account balance was zero, so I got my phone recharged with Rs. 15. After that, SMSes were being sent but the company was charging Rs. 1 for each msg. I again contacted the customer care but I didn't get any satisfactory answer, I have contacted the customer care for about 4 or 5 times but the problem still persists.I would be very grateful to you if you help me with this problem.
