The quality of customer services being provided by the company is pathetic, no proper channel of feedback in my case, complaints are being listened by the customer care executive but are unable to solve regarding transactions.

feb bill intime, today i went to Airtel customer carecentre and i ask to sweap for feb bill they made it for total outstanding amount, but actually my due date for feb mont is 24th of march, 20 days time is their to pay it, why should i pay before it, the custmer care centre persons(Pioneer Telecom Service, sec-bad, opp chandraloke complex) is not responding for the same.
please do need full action that it wont happen next time
