I, Satish B Pingle, mob No-[protected], had given complaint about my billing : the hard copy of bills are not coming regularly at my address resulting in delay in payment. This was brought to the notice o[censored]r representative, who was also given my corrected mail id ( [protected]@gmail.com ). However again I have not received the bill either hard or soft copy. U are advised to send me my bill in time, and unless my bill is not received from ur end, it is expected that I should receive any call or sms about pending payment, as I can make payment only when I have a bill.
I once again state that kindly improve ur system so that I get my monthly bill regularly, to eneble me to make payment. This problem is persisting fro last 3 months now. Hope a corrective action will be taken at ur end.

I disconnected my phone [protected] on 31st Jan 2010 in Chandigarh when I was leaving that place. I was having the corporate account which I took from airtel office in my Office premises. They told me they'll send me the bill through email as they were doing it from the time I took postpaid connection. I was busy with my marriage and then I left India. And instead of sending me the email and bill on my official email id as they used to do the same earlier, some lady from customer care is calling on all the numbers in my bill and talking abusively. This is really rediculous and totally unexpected from customer care people of the company like Airtel. This is highly unethical behavior.
Please send me my pending bill on this email id or you can also send on my official email id registered with the account. I dont know why customer care person has to do this when she has my official email id and all my information. She is calling all the international and national numbers. I am not sure if company has that much extra fund to spend like this instead of following the simple procedure of directly contacting the person when they already have his/her email and other information. She could have directly contacted me. It was a corporate account and I was paying all my bills on time. I haven't experienced this kind of behavior from any customer care person before. I would suggest you should emphasize on giving lessons of basic civilize corporate behavior to Customer Care team during their training.
