I have been using your post paid mobile services since 18 October 2004 in Govt.Servant Plan (Rs. 225/- ) & deposited Rs. 500/- only as security at that time. You have to return the sum after a specified period as I noticed in a complaint @ moneycontrol.com, now I want to adjust that amount in my bills with acknowledgement.
My credit limit have been increased/decreased according to my usage without giving any prior information. I have not been receiving your bill since timely or regulary, I deposit my bill regularly without any defualt.(You can check).I am giving your my best services/performace; but you are not at your best services.There is no value of customers' committment/loyalty towards your brand. You are still in insurance sector also.I lodged my complaints at your customer call centre informally.

I request you to please value your valuable customer & refine your process in some manner who is also your brandname/faithful to you for a specified period & adjust my security amount in bill.
