[Resolved]  Airtel Postpaid Bill — not receiving the bills by courier

am not receving the bills by courier so, pls send the bills by email.

In every month I have to remind you about my bill, I have already registered for E_Bill from last 6-7 months. But still in every month I have to remind you for the bill.I am confused about whether sending bill is my responsibility or yours. I had waited for 6-months. My bill generation date is 8 of every month.
So I request you to please take some action, otherwise I have to move to consumer court. I have all the copied of E-Mail send to you regarding the bill and your acknowledgment mails.
I want my bill for the month of Jan-Feb 2009 on my email id.I request you to please send my one copy of my bill for the said period.

i have not rced my mobile bills for lasy 4-5 months through courier. they are saying my address mentioned in bill is incomplete.pl check the address as given below.

i dont receive the bill from last 2008 month of april the courier boy recieved the bill himself we have complained on this number [protected] date-1-4-09 at 1:09 pm and 01:12 and 01:16 my call countionesely by your coustumer care officer after that i received the number of your nodle officer and i call him he heared my problem and dissconnected my call i cant stand no more your service and your local dealer cut my outgoing with informed me so that, s why i have mentely& financely distrubed so if you dont solved my problem with in a day so i see you in court .
My mobile no.[protected] Last 2 months I could not received airtel mobile bill. It is requested kindly arrange to sent during the month of, feb march.if possible to send detail bill to my above mentioned e mail id. [protected]@yahoo.com
Same here, I have not seen a single goddamn bill since i took the connection. I use to receive a stupid SMS every time stating that "Your bill has been sent to som "RIDICULOUS" address. I noticed a spelling mistake in the email address, and I called the customer care ("customer Scare" rather) and informed them about this. inspite of telling them innumerous times they keep on sending the bill to a wrong email address. But somehow, i used to go to some Airtel payment shop and used to pay the bills. Its horrible to be a victim of their customer harrazment program at their most hated payment centers. (one among them is the one which is located in Koramangala, Bangalore.) This time purposly i am not paying the bill and I am waiting for some monkeybutts from airtel to call me so that i can sue them.

only 1bill has been emailed me after atleast requesting many time and as saying that i will won't pay bill untill i get bill to me. hence forth again they didn't submitted the bill after receiving the payment, and as i m sure that i m not going to pay the late fee as i didn't receive bill on time. so pls revert all the late fee charges also.

my airtel mobile number is [protected]. since six months l do not get hard copy of the bills. first i made a complaint in airtel outlet and then to main office. the experince was very bitter. i made complaint to 121 services. nobody has replye yet. by this site i hope airtel would move and send me hard copies of my previous bill. and such problem will not occure.
