my airtel mobile no [protected] bill summery

Airtel,
So many steps have been taken to follow up with the Airtel Customer care to get my bill but till date I could not make confirm whether i will be getting my paper bill in future after frequent complaint to the customer care they have finally SMS with the no 51619 stating that the bill has been sent to me on 17th Aug 09 and the same was received one of my unknown friend .
Thanks to airtel service for such carelessness towards the subscriber.

I am not getting the bill at right time i am just getting the bill before the due date . i called to customer care but they are telling that it has been posted correctly by our courier service so, i asked them to give the information of courier service to inquire but they are not willing to give .
AirTel — Not receiving post paid bills at time
Hello, i have airtel post paid connection since the last 6 months. Intially i used to recieve bills on time but, since past 2-3 months i have not received a single bill. and the customer care executive calls every other day to ensure i pay the bills. But how can i know my bill details without receiving it?. The service is really bad and whenever i try to call on 121 there is some stupid and unnecessary phone adverstisements. The customer care executives are quite clueless about the service and give you a reference number just for the sake of it.AirTel — Monthly Bill not Receiving
