Airtel Postpaid Connection — verification of address

dear sir,

i have purchased airtel postpaid card, from airtel relationship centre at cst. at the time of purchased i asked the guys four times for address verification.they in any hoew we will verified the address. i stayed at Neral which is out of mumbai zone, its not possible to verify the same this comments has given me after two weeks,
if the said address is out the mumbai zone they should not filled out the subscription form and should take the payment. i need my refund of Rs60/- back or otherwise i have to move further.
its not the matter of Rs60/- its hte matter of problems which i m facing. you are the indias number one company in terms of subscribers. but vodafone and idea are better than airtel they solved problems fastly.
i m going to throw all six simcards of airtel in my family and switch to vodafone

Hi, My name is Rajesh Kumar. i am new to noida, last week i took a new airtel postpaid connection. while getting the sim card, i submitted all my documents which are needed by them. after two days they came for verification to my PG hostel. They verified with my room mate since i am working in an MNC i am unable to stay in my room that time. to my roommate they asked my photoid and address proof. how it is possible. how can external guy can give my photo id or address proof. if they need any of these things they should inform me earlier itself so that i can make the adjustment. if i am trying to contact them, there is no proper response or they simply diverting. I am using airtel for post 5 years in Tamil nadu.

totally waste service provider. My whole family is using Airtel connection. what type of service u r providing. after coming to noida i am unable to contact my family, my friends and other business partners.

There should be proper response but u guys r trying to escape. we paid the money for the new connection Rs.1200/-. we are not asking without paying. for past four days i am justing holding the SIM without proper activation. if we try to reach out the custmer care they simply pick the phone and cutting it.

Really Great service. I Trusted Airtel but u totally proved that u r able to provide better service.

Airtel post-paid — verification

I had purchased an aietel duplicate mobile postpaid card-[protected] on the10th of nov-2010.As i wanted to change the original holder's name ,i waswas asked to buy a post-paid for 3 months.Mylost sim-card was a pre-paid sim.After repeated reminders,a person from the verification agency came to my residence on 23rd nov.I enquired with the airtell gallery on the 25 th.They are saying that the verification agency are saying that they have not visited my residence.Uptil now my card has not been activated.I have complained to the nodal officer,but of no use
