I have taken post paid connection in last week..at that time i have already give all document(Photo proof, Address Proof)..

Cheating in billing

Hi

I bought 2 corporate connections from Airtel sometime in Jan 08; on the promise that intercalling between the 2 cards is free. But in 3 month's time they started charging intercalling calls and my bills started shooting up. In spite of reglular complaints, there was no response from Airtel.

As I may lose my connection/ number, I kept on paying these hyped up bills for 4-5 months; and also kept complaining...

regarding hello tunes wrong deduction

even mine i entered free zone and chosen the Easy recharge music since it is free... but they have charged for the same as what we do in a normal process. am i a so stupid to choose EC music when i have lot of songs in the zone. since it free and i don't have much options to choose., but., why the hell is that they have deducted my amount i had 17rs/- or so after this process they have put me in negative balance of -17rs/- after that...

COMPLETE DISATISFACTION AGAINST THE PRODUCT

i have taken 2 post paid CUG connections. First i was given a set of numbers for that connections. Next day i was told that the numbers were not valid and i was given another set of numbers. it was activated after 3 days(excluding 2 days saturday sunday). The dealer gave the recipt for old number. I asked receipt for the new numbers but he did not.
So i have to pay 7 days rent without using the number.

Bill even after cancellation of SIM card

Sir,
I the above mentioned Mrs. Meena R. Murthy had given a communication on 16.10.2008 for cancellation of my mobile Sim No.[protected] and the same had been approved alongwith the confirmation that the amount to my credit would be received by me in short notice of 45 days. But once again I have received a bill for the same number which I have already surrendered.So please look into the matter and clear the pending bill immediately....

Getting blank calls from a mobile number

Dear Sir,
Myself is Indranil Mukhopadhyay, staying in Chennai with my family for the past one year. My wife is having a hutch connection, and she is continuously getting blank calls from a number [protected]. We suspect it is some Airtel Kolkata number. I tried calling the person from my mobile, but he picks up the phone and after a while just disconnects it. Please help me out with this. It is totally destroying the peace of mind...

I bought the Airtel Datacard on 14/4/2008 bearing number [protected] and SIMnumber[protected]. Initialy it took nearly a month to start its operation. Thereafter I hard used for nearly one and a half month that it started giving trouble.

Now facing different problem in my Sim card(AirTel Card)...
