Airtel Postpaid — Outgoing not activated even after 16 days | |
I've recently taken a postpaid mobile connection from Airtel. At first, the outgoing calls were working fine. But after 3 or 4 days, the outgoing calls have been disconnected. When I called the customer care regarding the same, they said the address verification is not done and the outgoing calls will be activated once the same is done. But to my surprise, even after 3 executives from Airtel visited my residence for verification, even now, the customer care says that the address verification is not done yet. Now, I'm fed up with following up with Airtel for the activation of outgoing calls and asked them to de-activate the connection. But they did not do even that. Who'll compensate the agony and pain that I've undergone all these 16 days? Request the consumer forum to take a firm action against the company and ask them to compensate the pain and agony that I've undergone. Was this information helpful? | |
