[Resolved] Airtel Postpaid — Complaint regarding Non payment updation and No bill plan change. | |
Dear Sir/ Madam, I, Mr.Himanshu Vora, have a postpaid connection with Airtel past 3 years, I suppose. My mobile number is [protected].I have made my payment of Rs.1129.13 for September 2009 by cheque ( Bank: Bassein Catholic Co.op Bank Ltd., Cheque no: 770233, Dated: 16th oct 2009, Cheque passed on: 23rd oct 2009 ). But this updatation is not done in my account. I called up customer care to know why is this so. The complaint number then provided by customer support officer is 29001291. As per the officer, I have submitted the photocopy of passbook mentioning the bill amount deducted from that account. But still there is no response from their end.This is the first issue. I have placed a request for Bill plan change in September, so that my Bill plan gets changed in October 2009. At present, I have LX 350 plan. I was willing to go for Privilege 299 plan. But due to some problem at your end ( some technical issue ), the bill plan did not change. I called up to know the status in October 2009 they tell me now it cannot be changed since your cycle has started. I understood it and placed the request again.Now before 3rd November 2009, I confirm again that is the request still there, they inform me that it is still there.On 4th Novenber 2009, I call them to ask that Is the plan changed? They tell me,No it is not. It is their mistake.They will get it done.The customer care officer issues a complaint and the same complaint number is[protected].Then I get a call from Airtel ( Number is -[protected] ). And to my surprise, I come to know that THIS PLAN IS NO LONGER VALID. YOU CANNOT GO FOR THIS PLAN. Then the officer tells me you have a payment due of some amount Rs.4000/- so you cannot change your plan which is related to the first issue. This is really very tiring and very much UNPROFESSIONAL from your side.I need the plan to be changed this month itself and also the payment updated in 1 day itself. ( Today is 4th November 2009 ). I have also logded a Complaint with Indian Customer Complaint forum.Please look into the matter seriously or I will have to take some more severe action which I am not willing to. Airtel (post paid) — Regarding payment for non-usage
Dear Sir,My wife Mrs Kalyani has taken postpaid Airtel number [protected]. We have used it for 2 months and asked for its disconnection on 28/04/2009. At that time bill was Rs 610.00. We have asked Panvel airtel office to adjust Rs 500/- that has been paid as an advance and paid Rs 110/-. Their have agreed for the same.
Again, I received a bill on 3/6/09 asking me to pay 628.89. I had been to Airtel office Panvel and asked about it. They were saying that your conection is temporarliy disconnected and you need to pay it. After arguments, they have inform that I have to pay Rs 500/- and later my advance will be posted by cheque. I have paid Rs 500/- (Transaction id:[protected]
My question to you is
The same thing could have been told on 28/4/09. So that they is no need to receive any airtel bills!.
We expect Constumer friendly service from Airtel but not in this way.
Airtel post-paid — Non Updation Of Payment
Res. sir,I have paid the Rs. 1000/- to airtel executive at my home as per the telecon with airtel customer care and told it to pay it at my home but till date no one taking the responsibility apart from that they regret my payment. I have the receipt which is issued by the executive. pls help me out.
