Airtel Postpaid — Unauthorised charges | |
I have postpaid connection of Airtel. During last 4 months they have charged me Rs.99/ month total Rs.400/- as VAS pack charges, which has been activated without my knowledge. I have never used the service. I called the customer service of Airtel twice, however everything was in vein. Now I need to go to the Airtel Shop and fire them. i hv paid first bill before two days more than Rs.6oo=oo
still i m not getting the benifits of CUG, i hv complaints a lots of time to ur sales exe and in ur custome care, but nobody respond me, ur exe said i hd activate ur cug but i m not got the benifts last month, i m working in Bharti Axa Life Insurance company Ltd.
I will take leagal action against ur exe and airtel ...
