[Resolved] Airtel Postpaid — Non-activation of sim card | |||
Respected Sir, On[protected], my mobile handset and sim card (no. [protected]) was lost. F.I.R. was registrered in near police station. I bought a new sim card from Guru Kirpa Telelinks, Kapurthala at[protected]. Guru Kirpa Telelinks and Airtel Customer Executives said me that the new sim will be activated till 4:00 pm on[protected] but its not still activated upto 5.00 pm. I hav called so many times Airtel Customer Care and Guru Kirpa Telelinks regarding this problem. Both are not activating my new sim. My registered complaints numbers with Airtel are 38048127 and 3805182 regarding lost of sim and activation of new sim. Please help me to sort this problem, my sim is still not activated till 5.00 pm[protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||
