[Resolved] Airtel Postpaid Mobile Connection — Rectification of the bill charged | |
We would like to bring to your notice, we sent a letter dated[protected] regarding excess billing for Mobile No. [protected]. Reference No given was 20364916. Mr.Deepak contacted us on[protected] regarding the same. The problem was solved in that discussion itself & we were asked to pay Rs.804/- only & not Rs.1054.17/-, which we duly paid by cheque No.809570 Dt.[protected] Drawn on ABN AMRO Bank. We have been a prompt payer of the bills before due date every month. But we still are receiving the monthly bills attached with the arrear that was to be deducted from the bill dated[protected]. Airtel Postpaid Connection — fault charging of bill
Hello my name is gurdeep singh dhiman i am using ur airtel post paid connection for the last few years....................My cell no is [protected].I am satisified with the service o[censored]r company but one problem i face for the last so many time is regarding the charging of bill.........that is much more then the usage.regarding this i have filed a complaint on calling 121 so many times and they have given me a waiver of rs 550.00 and 107.00 rs but if this is the solution of my problem then i dont need this.i want to make ur system very clear..presently i am us ing turbo plan in which my call rate is one paise per second i am 100 and 10 % sure that i have been charged more then my usage.kindly check it.today on 01.08.2010 i recieved a daily alert for my last day call charges that is 368.00 rs where as the bay before last day i recieved a daily alert of rs 164.00 the difference is 124.00 so every month i got this blunder from ur company.......so its my request to kindly check this and help me and other users from this kind of billing scams
