[Resolved] Airtel Postpaid Mobile Connection — Incorrect billing | |||
Airtel number :[protected] I am an advocate in profession, I was a satisfied airtel postpaid customer since last 6 months till I activated an internet pack. My plan is 249 corporate and I activated Rs 98 internet One GB pack. I got bill amount of 1400. I utilized only less than half GB and for 21 days I used to get some SMS from Airtel that , I activated some service packs , actually I didn't activated any kind of service packs (I am also MSc in Information Technology graduate) I will produce my mobile for any kind of check, I made 3 complaints, I got a answer that the amount will be wavered once the bill generated, but the incident repeating, then I requested to discontinue the pack . I changed the sim to a normal mobile to avoid any further internet usage. Note: the cancelled date is wrong it was 11th Dec 2012( I have SMS with me to prove), bill also showing the internet usage till 11th Dec 2012. GPRS 1GB [protected]@10p/10kb Rental 98/- 68.6 Bill Plan Charges -Super Saver 249 CUG Plan 249 Total Monthly Charges 317.6 Value added services 415 Tax 154.05 Total 886.65 Bill amount 1400.45 No data in bill for this amount 513.8 I contacted Customer care, they told me that they will waiver the amount for value added services (Rs 415). but I have to pay remaining amount including 513.8 which don’t have details in the bill. customer care explained me that amount for internet usage. After deactivation I didn't used internet, from the bill it showing, I didn't crossed the allowed data( one GB for one month , but utilized less than(489 MB) half GB for 21 days ) I called 3 times again to get rectify the issue, i got a information that , they will call me back within 4 hours, i didn't received any calls. I mailed to the following nodal officer for any help. nodalofficer.[protected]@airtel.in but i didn't received any reply. Airtel Connection — Airtel connection wrong bill and connection disconnect
Dera Sirpast 10 year iam using the airtel connection noumber [protected] post paid and 2 month back my connection is disconect due to the bill amount Rs 1700 not paid but sudenly i inform to air tile customer care center gurgaon and they forwarded the complaint directly also .
but after one month again I recievd Rs 5000 outstanding due .
again Ihave given complaint to airtel but no proper responsible not recievd .my all offical call disterbed due to the connection block
So please do need ful help to activate my connection with out any over payment

Airtel — Wrong billing/Connection not yet disconnected
Dear Sir/Madam,I have recently shifted from Hyderabad and was having airtel mobile connection there (no.[protected]; A/c no.[protected]. On 10.11.2008, at NOIDA- Sector-12 Airtel outlet I had paid the dues Rs. 716.00 (as confirmed by the customer care) and also requested for disconnecting my connection. In two-three days I got a call from the customer care executive regarding confirmation of disconnection. But now as per my usual billing cycle I have received the bill for Dec.'08, which is surprising.
Will someone look into and help me in getting the billing stopped permanently for the above connection?

Airtel Postpaid mobile connection — WRONG BILLING
I have been requesting Airtel since November to correct the wrong bill and regenerate fresh bill, but I receive no response at all. Every day one new person speak to me about the issue, I have to explain daily the story to them. After listening to the issue they say they will do something, but do nothing. This is going on for the last three months. They are only wasting daily 1-2 hours of my office time rather than solving the issue. I have sent complaint e-mails also. Today they have stopped my outgoing. If something can be done on this issue, I would be very happy. If Airtel does not want to cooperate with me I am ready to cancel my connection after solving this issue. Kindly help me in this matter. Thank you. Again no responsible from your side
Mobile airtel connection billing — Wrong billing
HiBecause of poor coverage area all the call drops with in the billing tariff of one minute especially on STD and ISD are being charged in Full, inspite of frequent complaint no developments found till date my first complaint was launched in the month of March last year and no solution or deduction in the bills are found, hence i finally gave a written complaint in Hyderabad begumpet airtel office and stopped paying last two month bill, i am not going to clear any bills till the old bills are collected

Airtel Postpaid Connection — Wrong Billing and Disconnect
I have (had ?) Airtel post-paid service from June[protected] and had no problems till July 2010. From the end-July bill the CUG was not applied. When I call customer service they take a few days and calculate the bill and ask me to pay a corrected amount - without fixing the problem of CUG adjustment with the bill.Last month a couple of one time charges were added to my bill (900 + 520) when my usual monthly bill is around Rs.700 (incl taxes). I was so disappointed and asked to disconnect my service. I was told somebody will talk with me before disconnecting and I will be given a date of disconnection (11/Nov). Without notifying anything (Airtel doesn't forget to send repeated SMS for higher call/SMS rates during festivals) my SIM was disconnected on 5/Nov/2010. The customer service reps are no help when I asked for 1 week additional service to make other arrangements.
This is the level of service from a so-called blue-chip premier company. The pathetic customer service reps are disappointing and have a standard "we can do nothing sir, you asked for disconnecting". Looks like Airtel does NOT want to RETAIN CUSTOMERS and has NO WISH to have RETURNING CUSTOMERS even if they WANT TO.
I wish there is a way to make Airtel pay a punitive fine for such stupid service we are forced to endure.

AirTel — wrong billing, disconnect my connection
dear siri am a customer of airtell broad band ?(plan 749-one air tell) my id is [protected] .i have been billed with rs 2600 as broadband useage charges.sir as my bill should not be more than rs 500 because i have allready paid rs 500 as an advanced usage charges and i only use it for browsing purposes not for any downloading.so kindly dissconnect my connection as soon as poosible.nor i m going to pay this hefty amount.

Airtel Postpaid — Incorrect billing!
Hello sir/madamI had airtel postpaid connection.
This connection i on my sister name "Avantika ukey' but used by me.
On 11-09-07 i activated powerpack (for gprs) from an airtel gallery
For this i paid 400 to gallery employee and she give me the receipt.
And they told me in powerpack 3 monthy gprs is free.
But problem is that The gprs monthly rent is included in my bill.
In month -03/10/07 i got waver of 292 in bill.
But in 03/11/07 i have same problem again the gprs monthly rent is included in my bill
This time they dose not give me the waver on my bil.
I paid extra 350/- in bill
please help me & give me waver on bill.
