[Resolved]  Airtel Postpaid Mobile Connection — Poor network connection

Hi!

Since last month (Feb 2013) I am having very poor mobile network connection in Bellandur, Green Glen layout area of Bangalore - 560103. I have raised this complaint several times to the Airtel mobile service provider, however there are no improvements seen. Airtel people only provided assurance by mentioning that they are about to install a new cell phone tower in this area to as there are no airtel tower available.

Also note same complaint was raised by me in Oct 2012 to airtel. That time also they assured to install a new tower to resoleve the issue! But somehow this network issue was resolved in January 2013, however it has deteriorated again.

Airtel Postpaid Mobile Connection — GPRS charges extra

Airtel has sent a bill which includes GPRS bill of more than Rs.5000/-. I had never taken nor requested GPRS service. When I told the service provider that we will not pay for the same, they threatened me to disconnect the phone line. I am a business man and I may face a lot of loss for the same. They do not want to send a revised bill. Please help.

AirTel — Mobile network connections

Its very unpleasant to tell that Aitrtel subsrcribers at Mulund(East) Mhada Colony are facing huge connectivity issue since a month and there are no measures taken by you folks to get this problem resolved.

It is very pathetic to see that Airtel is so careless about it service to the customers and it is good to leave Airtel becuase here we are not getting value for money.

Hello,

I'm airtel subscriber and would like to change mobile subscriber to idea.

On 24th January I have submitted MNP form and necessary documents given to idea. The request rejected by airtel without any reason. When I called airtel support they said that I have outstanding bill of 196.00 rs. The billing cycle is on 27th every month. I have paid deposit Rs.300 to airtel when I bought this connection.

Now I have resubmitted request again on 14th February and hoping to get it done before my next bill cycle starts. Airtel is really sucking and begging for customer.
I have 20+ person who are facing same problem and airtel is not allowing their customer to go away. They will not provide you proper service when you are with them and will not allow you to go easily. Really system airtel have.

Please help me how to get read of airtel and retain my number as well.

Airtel Postpaid Mobile Connection — cheating by Airtel

I was visited by AIRTEL executives with postpaid plan proposals ! they convinced me to get 2 connections and hacked 2 cheques of Rs 30o each as deposit and gave me simcard. i was given mobile number by AIRTEL. the numbers are[protected] and[protected]. but TILL TODAY THEY HAVE NOT ACTIVATED THESE NUMBERS! . they got 300 each as deposit from me and never bothered to activate my numbers. When i called customer care they said that i am not their customer ! one higher executive got my complaint registered but never bothered to take any action, I have that complaint number let them contact me NOW or i am going to sue them for deficienc=y in services . I hop this will solve my problem so that i need not go and take more trouble.

mumbai airtel postpaid connection — poor network

i am having air tel mumbai cug connection ,and i m residing at vasairoad west near KT VISION CINEMA anand nagar ,i always found poor network in my flat ,i complained airtel customer care many times but gone in vain ,now i m thinking to switch over to reliance ,but due to cug i m not able to switch over my services to any other service providers

I'm using Airtel No. [protected]. Since 26th Dec 2011, i have been facing network problem with my no. Though i'm in coverage area, i could not call/receive any calls. Whenever i call it shows network busy. This is a poor network service from Airtel which i didn't expect.
