[Resolved] Airtel Postpaid Mobile — Issue related to Caller Tune

I have complaint in airtel three times complaint numbers are:-
32534856 Hello Tune - First (Not Solved)
[protected] Hello Tune - Second (Not Solved)

I have registered my Issue Related to Hello Tune that is " I have chosen a Hello Tune on 01st-June - 2010, code from official site- http://www.airtel.in, Hello Tune - Aye Meri Zindagi (Male Voice), It has been set on my no - +91-[protected], but on http://www.airtel.in, it is displaying Aye Meri Zindagi (Male Voice),
but actually it is in female voice, i have called first time to mr. Amit Kumar and he says that it is in Male voice, i told that ya it is diaplaying the header in male voice but actually the containt is in Fe-Male Voice.
after that date i have called in airtel 5 times, every time with some assurance, excutives get rids from this issue. Today i again call then person transfers my call to technical department to Ms. Renu, she have checked and have updated some this. a SMS from 6782 came on my no that you have been
charged Rs. 15 for song selection.
i do'nt know what is internally going on but still when some one calling
me, he/ she is not listing my right choice.
I am requesting you that Please-Please-Please note my query and solve it
ASAP.

i did not request for callertunes instead of this function is activeted on my phone number [protected]

Airtel — caller tune automatically set

sir
m ur customer having prepaid airtel connection and
my mobile no. is [protected]. today caller tune
get automatically set in my mobile no. [protected].
and my balance gets reduced from Rs 28 approx to RS1.20
means remaining balance is Rs 1.20. which is totally unfair.
so i request u to do something regarding this case.
plz take some strict actions so that they cant do this
in future.

Hi this is Sushant Ingrole.I am searchin for the hello tune called I just spend my life with you from Neal N Nikki.but not getting it in airtel i got it in vodafone but not in airtel.

idea mobile postpaid — dialor tone problem

From last one week i am asking to the custmer service officers to check my problem . but they are told me that it will ok with in 24 hours.but my compliant is not solwed . beacuse in this problem i have a doubt that was when i got the bill in that dailor tone charge will add or not. i need a immediate answer for that .(my id is[protected]

Airtel — wrong hello tune has been set

sir,
i reqvested for hello tune jab we met( tum se hi din hota he)
and they set by default airtel hello tune pleas help me they have been Deducted my balance more then there charges.

AirTel — Caller tune not clear

I am D.Nagarajan from Madurai. My mobile number is [protected] I change my dialler tone but this song is not clear. I complainted the airtel customer care many times. But, there is no response from the Airtel Customer Care.
