[Resolved]  Airtel Postpaid Mobile Services — Sim replacement

Hi,

This is Hari kishore, my mobile number is [protected].

on 1st week of May i have called 121 customer care as asked to block my mobile number as my mobile got theft.

on may 7th i went to Airtel customer care office located at KPHB colony, JNTU road, near Malaysian Town ship buildings. they have collected the documents and form for sim replacement and gave me a NEW Sim Card.

I have been waiting for the NEW SIM activation for the past 2 weeks, till now nothing happened, i have reached Airtel customer care for about 5 to 6 times, each time they asked to wait.

I am tired of it and it did not get activated. i don't understand what is the problem with Airtel customer care's. why are they so irresponsible in activating new SIM.

inspire of activating NEW SIM, they have Re-activated the OLD sim and the other person might be misusing the number.

My number [protected] is used for business and all my customer reach me on that for orders, now because of AIRTEL negligence i am loosing my business. IS THIS THAT WAY AIRTEL TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS?

Airtel — activation and irresponsibility

Dear Sir,
7 days back i have took a new connection in airtel gallery pune...response regarding activation was that it would be activated in 1 hour..like these she passed 7 days and still activation is pending! Is this the way to handle customers or is this the way airtel employees treat the customers saying in 1 or 2 hours sim would activate..If it is with airtel who would encourage in improving the business of airtel...its too bad and too embrassing for airtel for having like these employees with them

Airtel/Postpaid Mobile service — Irresponsible customer care

This may be one among similar complaints.. But the intent is to request someone to guide me to move more legally to get my rights with all penalty..

I have lodged several complaints for poor network coverage at my residence
I requested for a better tariff plan as Airtel sucks my blood in the name of corporate plan(Rs 2000 PM ave.)
Many time i found that my address is not updated properly, everytime i had to tell them..
Lastly when i called up 121 for a clarification for newyear surprise gift SMS i was really driven by the customer care executive ..

Please please someone help me to show my agony in the right way, I am fed up of making calls from standing on the road like a mad fellow.. I strongly wish to make Airtel realize it..

121 helpline from airtel seem to be a gateway to a gang of gangsters who always test one's BP..

I received a call from your team around two weeks back based on this complaint and i was told that i will be contacted the next day with details.. Tomorrow never comes in your history is it? Would you like to take the responsibility of addressing the problems.. Kindly reply yes if you are the right person else elevate this to another higher level customer neglector at your company.. You add frustration to frustration.. But i will never giveup until I get justice.

AirTel — SIM replaced

Hi,
I'm Samaresh Jana. I wonder how my Mob connection No [protected] having SIM No[protected] has become invalid since this noon 19/08/2010. I dialed from [protected] at about 2.10pm to 12144 (DHL) for query but they could not meet my query at all. What they informed are -
i) Someone replaced my SIM ([protected])
ii) I've to contact my nearest Airtel Shop for help.
Now let me know
i) How does a consumer rely such a system where the question is security?
ii) Who is Mr.X and how does he dare to do so?
