Airtel Postpaid — FRAUD POSTPAID BILLING
I , Arunkumar, one of the valued customers to AIRTEL had taken the connection bearing Mob.No [protected] five years above for Kerala. Inspite of my intimations to the customer care locally about the Billing descripencies, no initiations has not been so far taken place and I was forced to remit the bills since the day one I had connection.
Since I am bearing the fraudulent bill, because of my exigency not having the time to approach personally,
for the past 4 months, ie.,May, June,July & August 2010 ,they have taken me for granted,& all world wide countries ISD CALLS not literally made by me, added into my bill & forcing me to pay approx.Rs.33000.00.
As I am an ordinary sales executive doesn't have any international contacts, it is surprised to note and forced to approach Online Consumer Forum for justification.
The efforts made by me as gone in vain because there is no body to respond.
The intervention of yours is needed to do the justice in this regard.

As per your telephonic conversation with the undersigned, we would like
to inform you that the charges levied against the ISD usage towards the
account (phone) number [protected] are correct and valid. Furthermore,
the same have been calculated as per the predefined applicable tariffs.
We regret to inform you that we would not be able to process any credit
adjustment towards the account as the charges levied and reflecting in
the billing statement are absolutely accurate.
