I AM USING airtel [protected] FROM 2003 ONWARDS. THIS IS A POSTPAID CONNECTION TILL JULY 2012. There after i have requested you to change it to prepaid and accordingly you have changed after recovering all the dues. Despite that you have again sent a bill of Rs4.88 again and since the amount is less i paid online vide Bill Date 27-Oct-2012,Transaction Ref. EBP13937382,Reference No. IB10327910.
