This is to inform you about the problem I am facing with an offer of Nokie N8. There is an offer in below link on Airtel website -

I have just purchased Nokia N8 - IMEI - [protected] on 06.06.2011-- tamilnadui. My Airtel Mobile Number is [protected]

I am from hydrebad. According to this offer when I insert my sim first in mobile this offer i should get avail but this is not the case. I tried doing it again and again but I am not getting any Mobile Office Offer. Also, compalint to 198 - 3 calls, 1 drop by executive, 2nd listen to query and put hold and no repsonse. 3rd said its active and didnt unerstood problem and i am speaking and he kept the phone down. This was just a very careless response I got from Customer Care. First they dont even know about this offer they say and this offer is there as you can check above Airtel website.and thay provide me a complain register number is cbnra[protected] but for name sake they given ...still problem is not resolved

I really need to get this offer as I think I should get it and I am a net user and with a mobile of N8 i guess internet seem to be a necessity. Now kindly please response to my query and tell me what could be possible solution. What tell me I feel my problem is genuine and better this offer get activated by Airtel on my no [protected]

sir todays date is[protected]...ten days happened ...still the problem is not resolved..i spoked to airtel ambudsperson of hydrebad for three times..his number is [protected] ..he to told the problem will be solved ...but i think its for name sake...so be truthfull to me...iif cant say..i will change the network using mobile portability

sir todays date is[protected]...21 days happened ...still the problem is not resolved..but you have replied me that the problem is solved ..as i seen your reply and start using the net but they charged for using internet .from airtel customer care lady Mrs Hemalathe ([protected]) spoke to me that we cant provide you the offer...so give me the correct details..you can or not
