I had aslo the same problem from last week, even after complaint lodged also airtel did not respond, I also need the password to do so.

Dear airtel customer care, my mobile no is [protected] my fone had a major problem that for the past 3 months i was not connected 2 the customer care i'v tried a lot but every time when i call 2 the customer care n after chosing the required option it finally says that "for your account& billing info sms AIRTEL to 121" this has been repeating 4 every problem option, i dont know why always this has been repeating i was highly irritated with this i'v tried in all the possible ways 2 rectify this problem through my friends also so at last i fairly request u 2 to provide a perfect solution 4 my fone & more ever my another humble request 2u is that plz...plz cancel the JOKE subscription service, MORNING msg service n the other services<i cant exactly remember the type of service, sorry 4 this>except my CRICKET, HEALTH alert services. i heartly hope that u will surely make this favour as a responsibility towards your customer with in a period of 2-3 days i'l b waitng 4 your reply!
