Jab Maine Is Samband Me 198 Costomer Care Ko Call Kiya To Mujhe Bataya Gaya Apne Java Games Dounload Kiye Hai Jab Ki Mere Mobile Per Aisa Koi Application Dounload Kiya Gaya Bo Log Balance Bapas Karane Ko Mana Kar Rahe Hai

(I Mohmmad Rashid Cont.No is [protected]) my Airtel connection No is- [protected] maine 30-Nov-2011 ko Rs 5/ ka internet pack activate kiya 50 MB.main many times internet pack use kar chuka hoo. but last time very-very bad exprience for me. i have checked 13.19 MB some thingh left blance in my account. maine ek 13.00MB some thingh ki file download ki. I was shocked. my balance is Debit in my A/c Rs 49. somethingh why?. pack expire hone k bad mere pass ko SMS nahi aya. or mera balance debit ho gaya.kyu. mane 30-Nov-2011 ko 11:50PM par maine call center 198 par bat ki par meri problem solve nahi hui. My request Reference No is CBDM[protected]. pls solve my problem as soon as possiable mera bebit balance credit kar do. other wise go to the highter Authority.
