[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid — Airtel Recharge Scam

Airtel Details Scam.

I recently recharged my mobile with 200 Rs and i got only 1 Rs at the time of recharge. After a Day it says my 3G is activated. I asked about the talktime i got ie 1 Rs, the retailers answers Ridiculously, " DID I CALL YOU TO COME AND RECHARGE WITH ME" infact i went inside his shop seeing Airtel Logo and a Sign Board which read AIRTEL.

So is this the way to talk and provide service. I am fed up of the service.. I am waiting from 3 Days to get my talktime.. I even called Customer Care, and a asked me to wait and he never answered me back! and what a Customer Care! Its time to change my number and also i request all of you to change your number.. NUMBER PORTABILITY IS NOW AVAILABLE. Let me know wat to do now! and suggest me a better network.

Not only Airtel. All services are having lots of problems in there service. Introducing new plans at the rate same as the recharge packs. After this they are not intimating us regarding the new packs. Even the retailers are not knowing. We should be careful before making a recharge. I am still sticking to Airtel because of network coverage.
