My number is [protected], On around 11th of March i ported my number from Reliance to Airtel.
From that to now hardly i am able to contact customer care people once or twice. I use to contact them using friend's phone or so. Second thing, I got a messaged stating "All local calls at 29p/min, STD calls at 40p/min 300 sms valid for 30 days." This tariff is still not working on my number. Moreover i expect this tariff to be applicable atleast for an year.
And Now, today i got a message from Airtel stating- "Kindly deposit your prepaid Enrollment form at the dealer from where you purchased your sirtel mobile to enjoy continued service".

I tried calling the customer call center at least four times & everytime I called the executive would caut the line on some pretext. I was told the I would get the refund in three days & that some bollywood themes were activated on my ceii by airtel by mistake. Airtel has found new ways of looting the customer. I am looking at changing my service provider to Tata as senior citizens like us donot have money to throw on looters.
