Dear Sir Madam

You have promised that u return my money by 3.49pm04.03.2009 but u did not return my balance till now otherwise i have to think other option.

So please return my deducted amount + net charges of Rs. 30 = 60.

On 25th Feb. Deducted Rs. 30 from my balance and send SMS to me that u r
Caller tune renewal fee deducted. I have been call to Customer care dated
02.03.2009(12.10 PM) and got a complaint no.[protected] and she
committed me that u r balance refund Rs. 30 within 24 hrs. but I did get
my deducted amount till now.
