[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid — change of ownership of SIM card ([protected]) | |
Sir, I have purchased a SIM card No.-[protected] from a retailor(BanadurgaCommunications, At-Phul-nakhara, Dist- Cutack, Orissa) in December-2006. Ihaveslso submitted my all the documents when I purchase the SIM.Now I want a duplicate SIMcard, when I inquire your Airtel office that the SIM is not my name . So, what can I do now? dear concern,
my name is RUPESH KUMAR . i have a use AIRTEL sim last around 8-10 years. today morning[protected] my number are working till (5:44 am). then suddenly my phone network lostted & this number are register is my brother name (MAHESH KUMAR) but his dead( 2012) last six years . customer care say sim corrupt. if i want new duplicate sim so give the prof of register person ID prof. other waives change number prepaid to postpaid. sim activation charge is 250 /- rs & monthly charge is 360 /-rs. 120 days compulsory use in bill cycle . so pls give way of want to new duplicate sim with prepaid connection.
