Airtel (Prepaid) — missing Sim card (airtel prepaid)

Hello airtel

this is to inform you that i lost my sim([protected]) and requested for the new one, they people told me that it will be get activated within 4 hours but its been almost 2 days and it has not been activated so far.I asked for the number for the corresponding airtel center but they refused to give n said it will be get activated within four hours..
please help!
