[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid — Deduction of Amount from Balance | |
Dear Sir, I my self Rishikesh Bhatt Mobile Number [protected].Today i:e dated 28/01/2008 around 2:30PM,,,Rs 15 Was deducted from my account having message from airtel that ur scheme for reverse miscall service is activated congratulation,,,as same was not required by me and then i call up customer care to refund my Rs 15 in my account..But airtel executive told that our system is not responding so call after 24 hours we will see what can be done in ur case.After 1 Hour i once again call customer care same reply was given back our system is not working kindly call tomorrow to find out what can be done giving me the Complain Number[protected]. Above example reveals the quality of customer service Airtel is providing to innocent customer.Kindly refund deduction amount in my account as same i am faced many times. Also i[censored]r system are not working in business hour kindly update with new one for the convenience of customer,,,,STOP Deducting Amount from Balance.....;. i m nitin gupta from delhi my contact number is [protected].from last 3 months airtel chaged my 30rs monthly they told me that u have any plan that's why i m charging this amount.than i told that person plz stop my this service last next month than he told me after 1 month i cant charged anyhthing bt today they charged again.

Iam Hemalatha My Mob.No. [protected], I have received call from your side on dt. 12.6.09 that your no. is selected for free hello tune it is free hello tune not any charges to be deducted if you want to change the hello tune then only amount will be deducted in your balance. this is free hello tune nothing will be deducted I had asked two to three times that not any charges deducted he told me no madam its a free hell tune and it will activated within 48 hrs. & I received the hello tune and my amount deducted in my balance . Now I request you please give me my balance amount which you have deducted I don't want any hello tune & one thing I request don't pool people give your best service for people what they want.

They have deducted Rs.15 for reason contact for airtel call center the executive Mr.Anand the you have caller tune [censored] i dnt have any caller tune and the executive he place me on hold and disconnected the call and again call to airtel call center executive tells his system is slow wht the [censored] system is slow were paying for service and we are not getting it then wht the use of it and they have given the complaint number also[protected] god the cmpl is they are not mobile no. [protected].
