[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — Wrongly activate caller tune

Dear Madam/Sir,

Today Airtel Activate the caller tune. & When i am telling to Airtel they told me the call is given by airtel at 1.30 pm. But I did not get any call from 10.15A. M. to 1.31PM. and they always harshed me. Please help me. My mobile no. is [protected].

Today morning 1:10am I spoke with one of your colleague with name "kumar". Obviously customer support executive will be in polite, but entirely opposite to that i.e he spoke with very anger from the beginning itself. He didn't understood my complaint, then i ask to transfer the call to supervisor or manager but he refused. Then arguments are started with very anger. Then I quit my call because i understood that he will not solve my problem. But he suddendly activated caller tune and VAS services without permission to reduce my balance. But he dont know my next action towards the same. My mobile#91-[protected]-Baskaran, [protected]@yahoo.com.

Absolutely your are a Good cheaters. Till now I did not get any amount of Rs. 42. Till now I got a message only. How many person do cheat daily Please tell me. I am sending several times So I have to CC this mail to many other people, How would you cheat me. Since 8.12.2009
