can i get a list of incoming & outgoing calls list on net of by prepaid no . plz give me the detail of reason about the issue

I have a tamilnadu prepaid number of airtel. I recharged for RC 200.The amount is not being added to my acount even though the message recharge NOTsuccesful was recieved, if any amount i rechargeed as a same message, resieved, then how to rechargeed my phone ?my no [protected] ( i am unabe to contact customer care as it says account balance is low, )

this is surender, i use 98rs gprs pack,
i renewed amount of 444 on 6th april, then for renewing my 98rs gprs pack i've
dialed *567#, it given message as i've been already activated this pack.
i got a message that i gprs pack will automatically renewed according to your balance.
on 7th morning my balance was 0.0rs (total lost 444rs+138rs)
then i called up customer care they said to deactivate internet by *567*2# then activate it .
but it has given option to NOP(net on phone) which by mistake, i've pressed costing me 99rs
total lost 444+138+99, refund my amount.there needs to be an updates as soon as my pack expires, than to drive towards default pack. Made calls to Customer care people for about 8 times and they made me waited saying will transfer to senior executive and no one lifts even after one hour..

Airtel Prepaid — Unwanted subscription of Ayurvedic Tips

I have never subscribed to "Ayurvedic Tips" from 55382 on my Airtel Prepaid# [protected]. Still it delivers an sms everyday & deducts Re. 1 from my balance. So far about 50 rupees have been deducted by Airtel by doing this cheating. How to get rid of this & how to get compensation for money & harrassment due to his?

Airtel Prepaid — Locking of outgoing call

Dear Sir,
1. Despite providing all valid documents, outgoing calls has been blocked since last 06 days This has happened fourth times in last 06 months.
2. Valid customers are being harrased in the name of verification every month by mobile service provider.
3. This needs to be ceased forthwith specially in the case of Govt(Armed Forces) employees.

I have similar problem of deduction, my complaint were not listened by Airtel customer care so I changed mobile operator under MNP scheme to Tata docomo, but sorry to inform similar phenomenon happen there also. I suspect almost all mobile operator are more or less trying to cheat customer by such deduction.

Airtel Prepaid — Horrible service and poor customer service support

Hi

I have taken a prepaid mobile connection from Kollam, from Airtel. After 4 days they disconnected the service stating I havent provided the proof for the connection. Next day I had a discussion with the Airtel, saying that I have submitted the proof while taking the connection and the esteemed customer service officer was not able to accept that and told me to give the proof again. I went to the place I took the connection and after a nice conversation he did some magic and the connection was established.

Post that, every day there is Re 0.05 charged and I have no clue about why it is deducted. And from last fortnight I am being charged Re 0.30 per day and again no clue why this is happening. I was forced to call to a Customer service executive, who identified herself as Krishna and said she will be sending the complaint number after the call was disconnected, after disconnecting I am yet to recieve a message with the complaint number. today I tried again reaching the toll free complaint cell, and another executive by name vishnu took the call, as he was conversing in malayalam, I had asked him to transfer the call to supervisor, unfortunately (I think the supervisor has gone for election duty) had to disconnect the call as there was no response from the other end.

I have also registered for the DND, but I am sorry to say that the messages are still coming and it is really annoying, to recieve promotional sms in this many counts.

I would like to say that before Airtel goes in search for buying new telecom companies, it should have a good, I repeat a really good customer service. with this type of customer service, in other countries, Airtel will not be able to survive.

I am really sorry to state that the customer service is pathetic in Airtel. They have to really trainup the executives in this area, and provide the details in the site, so that customers like myself can reach out to zonal managers if need be.

Airtel Prepaid — non recharge of sim through net banking

Dear Sir,

to airtel prepaid mobile services with my mob. no. being [protected]. In this connection it is stated that I bear a Internet Banking Savings A/c in Allahabad
Bank & on[protected] I tried to recharge my no. availing the net banking facility however the attempt failed.I requested the airtel customer care for proper guidance but no heed was given to my request. It is requested in this behalf to kindly

Airtel Prepaid — Wrong information on website and deducting amount on behalf of that.

Hello Sir/Madam,

I am using Airtel Prepaid Number : [protected] from a long time in Pune, Maharastra area. on the same number I am using Hello Tune Value added service. I want to change my Hello tune song so I gone through the airtel website page : http://www.airtel.in/wps/wcm/connect/Airtel.in/airtel_live/home/music/search+hel...

and search for a song "Roadies Airport Song" that I want to fix as hello tune and i found it on the same page with the song code "1240101" , I follow the same procedure to set it and send a message SET 1240101 to 543211 as per the instructions given in the above website and I was charged by 3 Rs. for this message however I received a SMS from airtel that "There is no song which match with the song code"

so my concern is if this song is not available then why they are giving this fake information to the consumers on their official website. Even After that I tried to call custumer care many times but they have disabled and not connecting to my call to customer care and I am not able to reach them.

This is something clearly they are cheting the clients, I have pasted the airtel website link above, On that they are having the information of the songcode and I also have saved message in my sent items.

I would be very grateful to you, If it would be escalated to the hiegher level of the company so that in future no one can be cheated like this. I submitted one more complaint before and i got proper solution for that so I hope this time also I will get a positive response from you.
