I've been fairly satisfied with Airtel services (broadband, landline, mobile), till last month. I've changed locations 4 times since 2004, and continued with Airtel as their loyal customer.
My recent experience is forcing me to think over. I requested for transfer of my broadband/landline from Hyderabad to Chennai, with assurance that it'd be done in a couple of days (new connection lead time 1 day). However, after 15 days and 100 calls, I don't know where I stand. No response, failing on committments, inaccurate information all is part of Airtel customer care today. Very frustrating, annoying, and most of all, severely affecting my work.
