The airtel mobile is making people fools by its unwanted calls and hello tones. For the last six months, I am continuing writing them to disconnect hello tones from my phone [protected] but simply getting an auto reply from them that you will get the anwer of compalint within 24 hours, nothing is heard. They are continuing deducting the hello tone charges from my balance every months despite my complaint. Do such type of problems are created by airtel executives or all is done on the instruction of Mr Sunil Bharti Mittal to earn more profit. If they are cordial to its customer, why their complaints are not heard immediately. On toll free services, if you have the patience and time, even then too, your problem is not solved as you will be fad up with their recorded voice press this, press that, press this press that but what you want to say, nobody is there to listen you.

Moreover, their unwanted calls are also disturbing much. We are receiving atleast 10 calls every day from airtel asking press this, press that and immediately certain amount say Rs 25 or Rs 30 is deducted if mistakenly you press any said keyboard button, this is not the CHEATING OF AIRTEL SERVICE? WHY MR BHARTI IS CHEATING INNOCENT PERSONS by such services?, why everything is not said clearly?

Mr Mittal, not make public fools for your own profit but to provide good services and listen to the grievances immediately instead of lingering years together?

    I had shifted my residential premises and requested for connection to be relocated. Airtel did honour that in a few days time after receiving all documentatins. Unfortunately since 6 months i had been trying to get the address changed so that i can receive bills on time and nothing happend. I escalated to their escalation dept., but everytime it was a blanket promise that the bills will reach the same day and apologies... frustrated i disconnected. On top of this after disconnection, i got the bills and the courier representative was showing faces to my family which is the most irritating part. If companies cannot take care basic address update i wonder how they will handle technical problems!!!! God Bless Airtel!!

    Airtel Broadband — no action even after complaining

    Airtel Broadband — over Bill

    My telephone no is[protected]. This no. is 2 1/2 year old. Since starting I am receiving the bill between Rs. 1500 to 2000. But in the month of September I have receive the Bill of Rs. 13500/- My usage are as earlier.

    While talking with Customer care they tells that this is due to internat charges uses by me but i have not use the internet so much.

    The company if offering in general unlimited internet usage with the speed of 512 KBPS for Rs. 2000/- but they are charging me 11000/- for that saying this that i have not chosen that plan

    you are requested to kindly interfere in this matter and redue the bill amount as per actual/earlier usage

    I had applied for the unlimited broadband connection (128 kbps of tariff 799/-)(Phone No. 43016137 Account No.[protected] and paid an advance payment of 1049 for the first month by cheque which has since then been deducted from my account. My connection was installed on January 31st at my residence. Since February 2nd, 2008, the broadband is not functioning due to which a lot of my official work has been affected. The telephone line, which I was told is a mandatory connection with the broadband, also was not functioning and has been repaired twice in the interval. The installed router since February 4th, 2008 shows the link as not being available although the entire line has been checked.

    Several complaints, first one on February 4th, 2008, have been made with no results. During one occasion, Mr. Kailash, the Sr. Executive who was very enthusiastic during securing the connection switched off his cell when he had to respond to my queries regarding when the connection would be up. The technicians have visited the premises 2 or three times. During subsequent complaints, none has bothered to even visit let alone rectify the complaint.

    I have received a bill (Invoice No.[protected] for the period 5/1/2008 to 4/2/2008 amounting to 574.32 of which 49.24 is call charges made by the AIRTEL technicians trying to rectify the line. Rs.350/- have been charged as activation charges while Rs.126.68 have been charged for the broadband. I do not understand why the billing period has been, mentioned from January 5, 2008 when my connection was installed on January 31st, 2008.

    Now, I am stuck with a phone line I never wanted, a connection that has not worked, a lot of inconvenience and a loss of Rs.1049. I am extremely dissatisfied with the way the issue has been handled and the services of AIRTEL Broadband.

    Airtel Broadband — Negligence by customer care

    i am using airtel broadband connection but there is frequent disconnection in it . i have complained many times and thy come and repaired but the problem continued . now from past four days i am calling the customer care to register the complaint but they will say they will connect to concerned depatment and will put me on hold but no ones replies even for 40 minutes this happend nearly 8 times and they will say that they will give a call back to me but they never did i am really fed up by their worse responce pls do help. their behaviour was really worse .

    according to the airtel's new plan of 699 i should get speed of 256 kbps but i m not getting it. When i asked about this to the person who installed the connection i got the answer that u will get the speed soon. Now it is about a month and i m still not getting the speed.

    I agree. I am using 799 paln . But the service ia extremely poor. It becomes disconnected after ever 5 minutes and download speed is 20-30 kbps.

    Dear Sir,
    We are Air Tel Customers since[protected]
    We had shifted our residence in December 2007 to Kottupuram and our telephone number had changed to 42132784. This has been functioning well but we have been facing problems with our Broadband facility.
    • The installation was never completed.
    • In this regard I have placed complaint many a times but no action has been taken.
    • We have not been able to use internet service.
    • But all the bills we received we are billed for internet service which has not been provided for.
    • On 26 March we had given a letter to discontinue the internet service for which no action has been taken.
    • Now we have again received the bill for internet service.
    • 4 months we have paid for not using service.
    We have mailed the same to to airtel officials but till date no action has been taken. We would request to kindly help us.

    This ganesh from direction . we are in to advertising i already requset your cusotmer care to shift my five land lines from jeevan bhima nagar to tippasandara bangalore . the request i send through mail also, then i got the reply last week it will happen within 48 hours . Still now nothing is happend . we dont get any feed back from your technical team, sales team and customer care . from were will we get soloution . technical, sales team persons whom i know they are not at all lifting mobile . please do the needful ASAP
    Extremely frustrated dealing with Airtel. Bunch of . The customer servive was trying to explain me, that ONLY DELHI people would be getting compensation for faulty service and that Calcutta customers are not entitled. When asked about company policies, he mentioned, they are not supposed to send it to customers. (bunch of BS)

    For 3 days my telephone connection was dead, so did the DSL services. They engineers shows up on 3rd day in the evening, after calling them for atleast 10 times. Had to follow up regarding credit for another 7 times, where I had to kept explaining them what had gone wrong. Finally, did got 150 Rs compensation. It was a bitter sweet win. ITs not about 150 Rs but more about ethics.

    Food for thought : If it was so called company's policy of not giving compensation for faulty line, the supervisor wouldnt have given me the 150 Rs compensation.

    Its pathetic, the explaination they come up with. Its not shame on them but on US, consumers who take their BS. If the service aint working, WE deserve compensation. Its our RIGHT.
    i m very upset because airtel broad band has given me lot of tention and loss of money . my airtel no is 45573171 at wz -98 shop no-10 lamba complex jawal heri market paschim vihar new delhi 110063. ihave given the reqest to shift my connection to my new address in same building at second floor at 3/05/2008.they said that company will charge for that 300 rs .i agree still it takes more than 10 days to shift but only wiring work has done and connrction of broadband still not shifted . i gave him information for that but they do not take serios action .my rental for this line is running and i not getting the services then who will be the responsible for the bill payments. pls take some action for that otherwise i have to action for your careless attitude.

    we have been alloted a broadband connections since 5 months
    but the internet is not working and also not attended yet after 9-10 times of complaints. I live in ujjain in freeganj near mpeb office (16/2 kalidas marg) after long i have decided to disconnect my broadband .No one is listening our problems, and they are also not attending our calls also ...i think we r according to you but understand i will hav strict action in this regard..

    My office is in Kolkata at 149 M. G. Road Kolkata-7 i applied for the airtel broadband on 1/7/08 the account manager confirmed me to give the connection with in two days and that is to be written in the form and taken the cash of Rs. 1000/- as a instalation charges but today after 12 days they told me that we are unable to give you the connection and your money will be refunded after 15 days.
    I loss lots of money because the connection was the purpose of my share arbitrage business and i lost lots of clients, so kindly do the needful and the action.

    Airtel Broadband — Unorganized and incompetency

    Hi,

    I had taken an Airtel broadband connection almost more than 01 year back. For the initial few months, the service was satisfactory and I was satisfied with the services.

    However, my problems started towards the Q3, 2007, when the services were not working. I called up multiple times to get the issue resolved. After some calls, an engineer was sent to check out the fault and rectify it. However, no respite and finally I decided to get the connection cancelled.

    This is were the problems begin. In spite of giving a written request for account cancellation (to the collection agnet), my services were still active for almost 6 months. I had called in numerous times, spoken to numerous agents/ supervisors/ even to the nodel officer/ appellate authoriy, but no respite.

    Finally almost 2 months after the receive a legal notice for a payment of some 1000 rupees, which I was supposed to pay.

    My questions:

    - why did I get charged for all these services : my usage was ZERO and I should not have been charged for all these,
    - why was i never informed about these charges, when my account was cancelled. Even the person who came to take away the instruments DID NOT inform me.

    I am highly disappointed with this service and I myself plannig to take some legal action, if this case is not resolved to my satisfaction. I am also lodging this complaint with the complaint
    Airtel Services are the biggest Cheats - DONT EVER GO FOR AIRTEL BROADBAN SERVICES

    They will make a big hole in your pocket with their GB usage billing procedures. I have suffered this and only can warn you to stay away from getting an airtel broadband connection.

    Dont get moved with their FREE GB USAGE PLAN - thats all .

    Since 4 years I was using a bsnl connection for a given 4 GB free usage plan and I never got billed for even IMB above this but in 2 months of my airtel connection for the 1st month I was billed 5.23 GB and now this month my bill has come for 10+ GB - that sucks really.
    With the same persons using the connection for a working cycle thats untouched since 4 years one can only imagine how for the 1st month you are billed for a 5+ GB and the following month for 10+ GB.. Can some one help me complain about these white collars to a legal agency who looks into such matters...

    As per the bill for the last month my bill amount is more than Rs1500, where as we have been using airtel broadband from last 2 yrs and v never had the bill amount more than your monthly rental i.e around 650 and i am also sure the the usage must not have been more than any of the previous months.
    SO kindly get back to me as soon as possible or else i need to disconnect my connection and neither will pay the bill for the last month.

    each and every time i gave a complaint their technicians will come and change the modem or splitter or cables etc..
    but still i had the same prblem i dont know what to do

    My compliant is broadband connection. Air executive told (executive name: Ratheeh Kumar-[protected])BROADBAND UNLIMITED PLAN MONTLY FIXED CHARGE INCLUDING TAX RS.799/-. I take one broadband internet connection. Using 1 month. 1st bill is coming 727/- i am paid that amount. Second bill is coming Rs.906/- that is bill problem. I call customer care but told your amount is 799 + service tax 12.36%=100.86 = 906. But first bill amount 727/-

    Sir please clear the bill amount and Mr. Ratheesh Kumar, wrong information told customer take neceessary action my complaint.

    Airtel Broadband — refund chequeof pre cacellation

    i applied to get the broadband connection, but the DP have not found near my house that is why the broadband is not connected.Then the refund cheque is not give to me till now yet the connection is of the date 11 june 2007 when i call them then the reply is very shamefull, many times they did'nt picked up my phone. sir after a long period i decide to complaint.Plz help me.

    Airtel — Non-installation of broadband after collecting fee

    Dear Sir/Madam
    With the intention of expanding my services bought from Airtel, I had applied for a landline connection alongwith Wifi broadband internet connection for my residence. This was on 18th Oct 08, Form no. 1507151. A fee of Rs 500 was collected by the Marketing Exec Mr Sachin, M:[protected]. Though he had committed to get the account activated in 4 days, even after 7 days, till 24th Oct, it was not done. During this period, the person for installation cell, Mr Rahul, M[protected], intimated us that the intercom wire in our flat are not installed. He said this without even visiting the premises. When we told him that the intercom is already working at our flat and not only that Airtel is already present in our building, he would not listen to us. As a matter of fact, the flat next to us on our floor is already using Airtel services.

    I have, subsequently, put a cancellation request for the connection. However, what is appalling is the unprofessional attitude of your executives. While Mr Sachin used such tactics like "I have to meet my sales targets, so I'll get the connection in 4 days for you" while communicating with my wife for getting the fee, after 2 days, both him and Mr Rahul stopped even taking our calls.

    I may not go for your connection anymore. However, I thought it right to inform of your executives working style.

    Hope you take some steps in this regard.

    I lodged a request with airtel to shift my broadband connection with airtel twice (Request no are 64311 two weeks back and[protected] Dated 04th november08). first of all they never reverted back and i had to call them again and again for the same. and later they have given me one more request no. after which again i called up to get to know that they doesn't have any port although people are using the broadband in my flat itself. i don't uinderstand can't they just increase one more port when a customer like me who is using airtel for last two year.
    I am facing problem because of this. and airtel people are not listening at all. i have no idea what to do.

    Airtel Broadband — heavy charges of billing than marketed

    I was offered a 499 unlimited pack of b/b connection from airtel on 1.12.2008. today i got a bill for rs.155/-after adjusting rs.500/- i paid for regn. i was told that by marketing (airtel direct team) that i have to pay only the phone call charges in addition to rental of rs499/- (taxes applicable) with unlimited broadband facilities. but today i got a bill by which i have to pay rs.155/-.monthly charges for 1-5/12/08 comes to rs 83.17 other charges rs.500/- taxes rs.72.08 total 655.25 deducting rs 500=155. I dont understand for usage charges of rs.83.17 how i can be taxed rs.72.08. further how rs.83.17 comes for 499+taxes plan. May please help.

    Airtel Broadband — Worst after sales service

    I have been using airtel services from last 8 years and was really satisfied with the quality services airtel had, untill recently where i have been chasing airtel customer care dept from last 3 weeks for activation of my braodband connection and a change of plan.
    In oct08 i was out on business trip for a month, so had discontinued my Broadband line for a month after speaking to airtel customer care on condition that i will switch back original plan after i come back to city.
    I came back on 01_Dec 08 and since then i have been following up with airtel(nearly 15 times) for resuming my connection and finally finished all paperworks on 11 Dec08 after many follow up sessions with airtel. I was promiced that my job will be done within 24 hrs but till date not a single call from airtel . Everytime i call up airtell the line keeps shuffling between techical team and customer care for hours with no solution and only new promices .Had it been BSNL or some other service provider, this kind of service was expected but not from airtel.

    My last( 10 th or 11th) complaint with airtel was on 16 dec bearing comp no[protected]

    Till date i am not able to use internet at home and planning to switch to some other service provider.

    our broad band connection no. is 41731787.we were using for long time.there was no problem. so, we decided to change our plan to ulimited usage for the same we changed plan calling air tel service personel and we got confirmation also.
    but after that we got bill with old plan only with additional internet charges, even after being plan change they have not activated.for this we are not responsible.so we cancelled the connection.
    according to our account our bill total outstanding...2000/-
    our deposit is with airtel rs.1500/-
    balance we have to pay 500/- we have to return instrument so, make necesssary arrangements to make effect.get your balance and settle account.reply soon

    Broadband — Request not fulfilled and bad connection

    I am one of many sufferer of reliance broadband service. it is erally pathetic. from past 2 months i am making request for plan upgradtaion but each time i call the guy on other side says that there is no such request from your side even if i prompt the request id. this has happened atleast 15 times with me. at last i requested them to disconnect the connection but with this the same problem. they are not taking any action and slapping bills even if i have stoppd using the srevice.

    i strongly suggest anyone not to invest in any kind of reliance service you will surely regret at end.

    Please if some body could help out of this, i will be thankful.

    Airtel Broadband — SPEED CAPPING @15gb/mo

    I recently was told that i cannot use more than 15gb of download per month at 256kbps, anything over that and my speed will be cut in half. I called them to figure out why my speed is going at 128kbps and they told me this irritating news.

    Is this even legal? I am paying for the "UNLIMITED" 256kbps plan, This should not happen.

    I am allotted 256 kbps speed on my broadmand connection but speed of downloading is very slow. It takes two to three minuts to download a picture. please fix the problem as soon as possible.

    Airtel Broadband — Imposing me extra tex and charges

    i m a custome of airtel broadband and landline phone.i have choosen a plan of Rs 599 per month and Airtel generates my first bil that is of 1267.96. whe i went to the Airtel office i found there is no one to help. the are imposing me 12 % tax but now service tax is 10%.plz hep me. my airtel account no is 14537445

    Airtel — Advance paid, broadband not installed

    On 10th, March, I decided to obtain a new broadband connection for my children and called up Airtel. They came immediately, filled the forms, took the ID proof, gave me the receipt for Rs.500/- and promised to have my Broadband connection installed within 2 days. I chose the Rs.799/- per month plan with 1 mbps speed. I was promised by this sales staff that my new connection WILL BE NEW and NOT LINKED TO ANY OTHER CONNECTIONS.

    On 11th, March, two guys from Airtel came to check on installation. They found some box called PBC which was on the other side of my block and wanted to take the wiring through three houses all the way round to my flat. These two guys entered the premises of my neighbour without prior permission either from me or from them, which upset my neighbours and I had to console them. I complained to Mr. Nehru the sales guy, who promised to install a NEW PBC BOX and have the connection ready on 12th, March itself. Today, we are on 13th, March and still no connection. To make matters sound ridiculous, Mr. Nehru now informs ME TO CONVINCE MY NEIGHBOURS TO ALLOW FOR WIRING THROUGH THEIR PRIVATE PROPERTIES.

    This is highly unprofessional and unethical. When a customer wants a new connection, he has to be given a new connection and how that is going to be done is none of my business. It is Airtel's. My receipt No: is 56479 dt. 10th, March and the Customer account no: 825782.

    I would appreciate if the following action is taken immediately under confirmation to me:

    1. Install my new broadband connection immediately without interfering / violating my neighbours privacy. ( It has already been committed once, just for the record ).

    2. If connection not possible, then either Refund Rs.500/- to me alongwith my documents or provide for a Credit note to my existing account.

    I have sent an email to care.tamilnadu airtel and still no reply from them. Kindly help me.

    Airtel Broadband — Net setting impacts

    Dear Sir,

    I got connected with Airtel Broadband with Land Line under scheme 649 last week at following address. Just after it get connected, some settings are changed to net, fonts become blurry.     I applied for my account with sivaharisai as login ID. I received password by sms from the airtel customer care executive.but i could not get the required information about my account.

    One day I got an sms requesting me to contact Agarwal Info, Chennai if in case I need Airtel broadband connection. Guess it is a franchise of Airtel. The following were the nos mentioned in the sms:

He asked for my address to check the feasiblity in my area as I resided in sholinganalur, Chennai. After an hour I got a call back from him stating me that it is possible for Airtel broadband connection at my home. He requested me to pay a sum of 500Rs to the marketing guy named Magesh. His mobile no. is [protected]. He got my photograph, 570 Rs from me and promised i will get the connection in 4 days time. Then 5th day I called him. He told me to talk with a guy named Krishnakumar who is also an employee of Agarwal info. His mobile no. is [protected]. He didnt respond properly. Every day I used to call him. He was jeep on dragging day by day. Then after 3 weeks time he told me to talk with his manager named Baskar. His mobile no. is [protected]. This guy checked with other team and told me that my house is 95M away from the dp box and it is not possible for them to give connection.
    I asked him why the hell they checked for the feasiblity and got 570 Rs from me. He apologised and told that i can be moved to cancelation and I will be getting my money back in 10 days. Yesterday, suddenly Airtel people came to my home for installation. I called baskar why he told that it was not possible previiously. He again apologised and told that his team has achieved the target for the previous month. So, moved my application to next month. So, whatever these people said was not true. They are very big frauds. If you want to get a Airtel broadband connection please go to Airtel showroom direcly rather than going to franshise like Agarwal Info.     Airtel — Shifting of Telephone/broadband

    I had earlier shifted my residence 18 days before and I had given a shift request 20 days before. The broadband/telephone connection has still not happened to me. Airtel Customer Care Officers are the best people to tell 200 lies everyday. First day when I called up they said that the feasibility is fine and the wiring would happen in 3 days time. Second day they said that some neighbour is opposing for digging lines. Totally there are 12 houses in my lane and I had checked up with each and every person. Surprisingly everybody says that nobody from Airtel had appraoched them and nobody had opposed them. When I talked to one Lakshmi - Customer care and asked her to either intimate the door number of the person who opposed it or the name, they are not able to provide it. And every time we escalate the problem they somehow or other escape talking to us telling some more bigger lies.

    I used to think only Government bodies like BSNL had some problem but they are far far better and Airtel is THETHETHE WORST..

    i am shuchi agarwal, user of airtel internet from one year.As i am the student so i live in pg and there are more girls like me.We had two connection of internet at same place on my id for two different people.one of the number ([protected] )connection is disconnected in December last week, so i forget about that number. But still i had one more connection number is [protected] and for that i my paying them regularly every month. in Feb i didn't get my bill on time so i asked air tel customer care to send my bill to avoid late payments.On my request they sent there agent in evening for due payment but they didn't gave me bill, on there request i pay them at that time.But i didn't expect that that billing was of the number which was disconnected in December.this is cheating that you are calling for the billing of recent number and make my signed on the number which was disconnected on December i request them to transfer the money...they are excepting there mistake that time but didn't transfer my money in recent number so i ask them to disconnect my number, rest of my bills are clear, as i paid them regularly I am highly torchered by there calls, they talk me very rudely and disturb me any time and at any place as i am highly disturb from this and don't know how to solve this problem.In customer service no one listen to me and every time a new person take my call and i have to explain them again from beginning to end and after a call they forget every thing and never reply for my query.And after someday i get same call by another person and again i have to explain them all the things .As i am a student for me its quit typical to run from one office to another so please help me regarding to this problem.

    i have complained it by verbally and written to accounts officer, commercial officer and GM also. but there is no remedy.
    though my access amounts are there with BSNL, but BSNL diverted my connection on one way many times.

    I requested on 12Th & 15 TH May to disconnect my landline number, but no one turn up till 19 th and i shifted my home.     Airtel — Airtel Broadband new connection cancelled by Airtel and advance money Not paid

    We have paid Rs 1000/- for the Airtel Broad band connection on 4 April09 to the Airtel representative Mahesh and the connection is still not received to our address. Inspite of Chasing several times, They requested to log several complaints and on chaising on them they dont have update and logs a new compiant one after other. Called the representatives and got no response and gave false update that the cheques has been delivered on 16 May to my address throug a courier service . after a week when I asked for the status of the complaint, there was not update of who was updated the lcomplaint last time.
    Kindly take corrective actions as its happening for most of the customer.

    Airtel Broadband — Billing problems

    The complaint is on their billing. In Nov-09, I got this connection installed. This was a combo pack where I was told that I would have 200 free calls and 2 GB download in the Internet. They also told me that STD calls would be at Rs. 1 per pulse. However they hid the information that one pulse was 30 seconds not a minute. Where the whole world was paying Rs.1 per minute on STD calls I billed double.

    When I detected the same, I complained. Nothing happened and in the process my line got disonnected on the 28th of April. In the mean time, I paid all their bills (on 27th of May 2009) and requested for a cancellation. Now Airtel tells me the following:

    One Mr. Prabhu visited us on the 11th of May (not possible as we were in Kerala then) and changed the plan to 799 plan. They say that the line was activated then. (I dont understand how this is possible with out the clearence of the outstanding). Now I get a revised charge of Rs. 490/- which has to be paid on the 16th of June 2009. I tried complaining but no responce. They are now following the same old strategy.

    Request you to intervene and clear this at the earliest.

    Here I would like to bring in notice the fraud done by Airtel.

    We called up Airtel to collect the payment and Airtel executive came to collect it. My wife was there at home. Collection agent sprayed some liquid and then asked my wife to sign the chaque. She signed the chaque and after that collection agent fled away with the chaque and withdrawn Rs 10000/- from her account.

    Now we contacted Airtel regional office in Noida and got a response from management that they are not able to trace the collection agency.

    For us, that collection agent was the Airtel executive and ultimately Airtel is responsible for all this.

    Can anyone suggest how can I get my money back.

    Due to faulty cable connection, I could’t use Airtel Service in Feb09 onwards, I made complaints many times regarding this but in vein .
    Now they sent me bill ( Including rents ) of the period ( I havn’t used internet due to airtel poor service).
    They gave me wrong Information that adjustment will be made in next bill & I pay Rs 1000/ on 10th feb09 without using connection.

    I called up the payment guy to collect the payment for my broadband connection and also gave him a written application for disconnection of the services as I was shifting from there.

    After a month i started recieving mails for the bill payment. I continously kept calling the Airtel customer care saying that my connection is not active and I have paid the full amount. They said they havent received any payment, and then I provided them with the check No. Post that they still kept sending me bills which I ignored and NOW THEY HAVE FILED A CASE AGAINST ME FOR CHEAT AND FRAUD...

    applied for broadband on 2nd July 2009 — Interrelating with the other connections

    Respected Sir,
    This is to bring in your kind notice that I have applied for a broadband connection on 2nd July 2009, for which I had made my payment through cheque which is cleared.
    I had closed my shop for rennovation on 31st January 2009. I had 3 STD connection in the name of Mona Kumar numbered 4611334, 4611337 and 4611338. For the disconnection I had submitted my application to Mrs Anchal on 4th February 2009. There was some amount outstanding towards that numbers. I had paid security of Rs 3500 at the the time of installation and all the installation charges were paid by me in the bills. Further I humbly requested your staff that kindly make adjustments of my outstandings in the security with your company.
    Now when I had paid Rs. 1000 regarding new broadband connection, they are inter mingling this connection with the previous issues which is not fair.
    Now they are denying me of the broadband connection as they are forcing me to pay the outstandings and they are now saying that our computers do not reflect any security. Kindly consider my complaint as where my security is gone.
    Your staff is harrassing me. Will I get justice or shall I feel cheated by your staff. There are numerous other complaints but I think it won't do any good. I have been insulted by your staff many a times.
    PRIVATE SECTOR was set to provide better service as government departments lacked this, but to my astonishment, staff of private sector is getting even worse in their dealings.

    Airtel — Unnecessary hassle

    I had replaced an Airtel sim in early April as i had lost the previous one. From the time i bought the sim it frequently displayed "Waiting for sim update" this was a big nuisance as i had to restart the phone evertime this happened otherwise it would not work.
    I called the customer care and told them several times, but every time they said the fault was in my mobile. But i checked it out and found that the problem was with the sim. So i directly went to the airtel office. There they r teling me that if replace my sim all would be fine.
    I said ok.
    They tell me i had to pay for it. Is'nt that mad?? Why should i pay for their fault?? I don't know wat to do but this is atrocious...

    Airtel Broadband — Arbitrary/Illegal termination of services

    I have been using Airtel boradband services and my landline phone number for the same was[protected].
    The company has a history of wrong billing and i too sufferred from it. To begin with, i was using Rs. 555 plan and i asked for the change of plan to Rs. 250 plan on 21st January but i was billed as per the earlier plan only for the next three months i.e.February, March and April and when i objected to it some waver was offerred to me and my phone line was reconnected in the month of may. However, after paying the bill well in time for the month of May, my services were terminated on 30th may without giving me any reason.
    when i called up the customer care on 3rd July (Reference number[protected], the person told me that your line is dead and we will get it checked by tomorrow. We waited till 6th July but no one turned up and then when we called up again (reference request number[protected], they told me that it will be corrected by 7th July. The mental agony continued and when i called up again on 7th, after speaking to them for 35 minutes and after transferring my call from one department to another no one took the accountability and finally said that my number is redlisted and that it has been permanently disconnected. When i asked the reason for the same, i was told i was given a number[protected]Mr. Anant Jain) and asked to speak to him. He too failed to explain why the services were terminated and went on to ask me to apply for re-connection. When i said that how can you terminate my services for no rhyme or reason, he said he knows nothing more about it.
    Can a company just terminate my services for no fault of mine and without assigning any reason? I am shocked and disappointed and want a legal action on the issue

    Airtel Broadband — Register compliant over phone

    The online phone system asks you to enter all customer details (landline phone number) and the call center personal ask you for the same information again. When I mentioned that I had already entered this information, they mentioned that it is not available for them.

    It's so counter intuitive to harass the consumer by asking for this information in the first place.
    Whoever is responsible for this system, should definitely be ashamed of building such a lousy system.

I have discussed with Mr THAJINAMOORTHY of your booking of Airtel internet connection officer and MR. GODWIN & MADAM SHEELA of your Billing department for the billing date and period of billing of every month to suit my central government office procedure to avail reimbursement facility for my grade officer. They have agreed to give the I bill which starts with date 30-6-09 or 1-7-09 and covers the period upto 25-7-09. so that the next consequent bills for every month will come under the regular cycle of 26th of every month to 25th of every consequent month. For example II bill cover the period from 26-7-09 to25-8-09.This will suit your regular your bill period which is in your conventional practice.     Airtel Broadband — disconnection of no 47095674

    i called air tell several times from 1st of june till date i got the compaint reference no also but my connection no 47095674 is not getting
    disconnected till 12th july 2009 evertime i received a call fordisconnection but no one used to visit my premises.i had a very bad experince with airtell .

    Airtel Broadband — Shifting of Connection not Fulfilled Despite Multiple Requests

    I shifted my residence on the 1st of June, 2009 and promptly called up Airtel Broadband services to request my connection (phone no.[protected] to be shifted to my new residence. Both I and my wife are working, and hence, unavailable during office hours on weekdays. For a brief period of time, particularly the first and the second week of registering my request, I regularly received calls from the designated technicians asking me to provide him with a time when they could come and fix up my telephone and broadband connection. I fixed up a time for 4 consecutive weekends with the technicians. The technicians, however, failed to turn up on any of the scheduled dates and times and reported that the request has been fulfilled.

    The details of the two technicians involved in this are provided below:

    These two technicians regularly called me up for a month fixing up some time and they would never turn up. They would then call me up the next day to inform me that the landline and broadband connections were fixed. After this happened a few times, I received a bill for the period when my phone and broadband connection were not in use.

    The problem has still not been resolved and I am still waiting for Airtel to take action against my request.

    I would really appreciate if someone could take up the matter with Airtel and take note of the unprofessional behavior of their technicians. I would also really appreciate if strict action is taken against the technicians, Yogesh and Tarachand.
    On Saturday the 11th of July 09 one executive Mr. Srinivas executive came to my place at DDA Flats Munirka New Delhi as I needed broadband connection urgetntly because my son who is in Chandigarh in Infosys come and he needs the net. This I had told the executive he promised that the broadband will be installed positively by 14th of July 09. Today is 18th of July 09 nobody has informed me as to what the problem is why broadband is not installed I had called your customer care No. and had talked to Mr. Shohbhit at Okhla no. and he told that it will be installed soon. Than I took Mr. Jatin on 41614777 at nodal office he said broadband will be installed soon. He will revert back to me and give a feedback than I called Mr. Bharat in Okhla office 44441111 and lastly I talked to Mr Deepak Kumar on [protected] he also promised to do the needful. Till date I have to receive a feedback from Airtel. Sucah a horrible, worst, garbage and rotten service from Airtel. If such big bosses cannot tell or detect the problem than only god can save Airtel not a human being.     Airtel Broadband — Payment done but no connection setup.

    I had applied a airtel broadband connection on 4th june, for which an executive came on 5th june and took Rs 500 from us and gave us the form and receipt for the same. But after 7 days when nobody turned up for the setup of the connection i called the respective executive Mr. Rameshwar who now said that the connection will not be given due to some connection problem in that area. So i asked for the refund for the same, but till date i am just calling them again and again but nobody is helping me out...

    Dear Sir,

    I would like to bring it to your notice that I have applied for Broadband connection to your dealers SRI BHAVANI TELE SOLUTIONS, NEW No.4, 5TH CROSS, 11TH MAIN VASANTHNAGAR, BANGALORE_52. We paid in advance rs.1000 for the same on 31st Jul.The Sales Officers confirmed us that we will receive the connection latest by thursday at 10AM, which he confirmed in written on customer copy.They failed to provide us the connection on time and we asked them to refund.Everyday, they are lying and cheating that they would send the money.sometimes they say that money has been sent by courier and sometimes thay say that deepak would refund us the money.But we have not received our money yet.
    I feel mentally and monetarily harassed by them.kinldy help me please.

    I had taken an postpaid connection after few month I cleared all my dews, and they said that u will get your deposit refund within 45 days now it more than 2 month yet i din't received any refund from them when I talk to there executive they are not willing to refund the amount. I can only say about them that AIRTEL is just cheating to customer and there executive are good for nothing just embarrassing customer. Why the hell they had open customer care i din't get it. when ever we go at customer care to resolve any thing nothing is going to happen over there.

    There should me an legal action taken for such Company (AIRTEL)

      Previously I had applied for cancellation of connection([protected]) because I am moving abroad for 3 months, but I got a call from customer care officer that they will provide me 3 months rental free and also my chip is lost , so airtel will provide me new chip free of cost .

      In that case I was agreed and happy to continue with the number, but till now I didn’t get any confirmation mail from airtel about this.


      In response of this mail, I have got call from Mr. Subodh from the Airtel Retention team Mumbai

      He told me that collect a chip from the following address

      When I went there I talked with MR. Nilesh and without checking the database he told me that we didn’t get any mail or note to provide you the chip. I had told him please check the database first and then tell me know, but he told me that the systems are down, when the system are actually not down.



      Is this is the facility Airtel is providing to there customer, when we want new connection in that time these people will come at our home and provide connection to us

      And now when I want to continue the connection because they are providing me the chip and 3 months rental free(As I am moving abroad for 3 month) Airtel people are not cooperating ,if this is the case I don’t have any issue I don’t want to continue with that number.

      For past 3 days im asking airtel people to cancel my fixedline and broadband[protected], its in the name of M.R.Srinivasan.But nobody is giving me correct procedure to disconnect. They are fooling me by telling that my wife has asked them to retain the connection, its totally impossible b`coz she is out of station.

      Next thing Airtel people are clever that they charge late payment fee though the bill is paid before the due and there are many hidden charges also.Im in the plan of 799 rental with 256kbps speed but they dont provide really that much only for two or three days after complaint they do.

      So im really fed up of this and i want to move out.

      We had three pre paid connections and we hv been contacted by airtel franchisee M/s. Wintel Communication tele-marketers on 28.08.09. stating that we can migrate it into post paid connections, as the plan suited us, we hv opted for it. the next day their exe - mr. naresh came to our house and finished all the formatlities stating that our line will be disconnected for one hr. one 31st march 2009, our pre-paid line got de-activated and we hv been asked to the new sim card (post paid). the next day i.e. 01.04.09 two numbers hv been activated out of the three connections. i hv made several phone calls, mails but no response. i hv nt even slept the whole night as the exe told to make it activate in another 1hr, 2hr like this. but when i checked there is no activation. i hv made phone calls like as if i m working as night shift airtel customer care exe. i shoot up a mail stating that i will nt continue the above connections due to abnormal delay in activation & poor service and also in the verification process. atlast, i got the connection the next day 1am, without intimating the reason for delay in activation.

      but the very next day once again all the three connections hv been interrupted, without any intimation. when i make a call it has been forwarded to customer care and i was shocked to knwo that they have deactivated the line due to my mail.

      nobody in airtel is understanding that i was forced to shoot up such a mail due to very poor service from airtel which is below than its par and moreover the franchisee exe mr. naresh[protected] has nt picked his mobile for the past one week and their office land line numbers given in the visiting card is wrong. i don't know how even the basic things like updating the correct phone number should be updated in the visiting card should be done before giving to a customer is not followed.

      they told to migrate into pre paid connection which is also not being done now. even this has been escalted to nodal officer desk team several times of no use. i think the people in airtel are protecting their colleagues, without taking care of customers.

      we hv nt voluntarily called for airtel for migration. some people hav made call and as a customer we are in prob as we are neither in post paid nor in pre paid. there is no point in holding sim cards without activation.

      when i asked to refund the balance available in prepaid connections, some exe told the amount will be lapsed. as a customer we hv rights to enjoy for the value of the money which we paid to airtel. some exe dont know even to handle customer query / compalint and the way to address the same. they reply in rude manner (Mr. Mani), which i cant understand hw they are being selected.

      The matter is being prolonged for the past 11 days and they confirmed to solve the query before 14th (maximum), nw they are telling that they are upgrading due to which they are asking to give a requet after 19th which i cant understand. i dont know what is happening in aritel.

      i hav been totally fed up in making several phone calls, mails and mental harrasement??? even then i dont got the solution for the above and nobody bothered abt it.

      i dont find any person responsible in airtel or i m nt able to get the responsible person details for contacting.

      i hv suffered a lot already and i need a solution immediately for the above...

      when i asked to refund the balance available in prepaid connections, some exe told the amount will be lapsed. as a customer we hv rights to enjoy for the value of the money which we paid to airtel. some exe dont know even to handle customer query / compalint and the way to address the same. they reply in rude manner (Mr. Mani), which i cant understand hw they are being selected.ab aap batoo kab mujhe resolve karke doge company bhadak gaya hai.

      The matter is being prolonged for the past 11 days and they confirmed to solve the query before 14th (maximum), nw they are telling that they are upgrading due to which they are asking to give a requet after 19th which i cant understand. i dont know what is happening in aritel.

      i hav been totally fed up in making several phone calls, mails and mental harrasement??? even then i dont got the solution for the above and nobody bothered abt it.

      i dont find any person responsible in airtel or i m nt able to get the responsible person details for contacting.

      i hv suffered a lot already and i need a solution immediately for the above...

        I dont know why the service industry make the customers difficult to get the scheme which message by the service provider(Airtel).

          I lost my prepaid sim few days back. I purchased duplicate sim from Airtel Gallery by 5 Jan 08, executive there told me , sim will be activated within 24 hrs. But it is not activated.I've registered my complaint 4 times , still my sim is not activated. Every time whn I talk to customer care executive he/she tell me this time ur sim will be surely activated within 24 hrs.

          I got a duplicate sim today morning(10 am).It was informed that my sim would be activated in 2 hours. But it when I checked it today evening (6pm). I got a msg tat registration failed. Wghen I called customer care, they advised me to buy another dulpicate sim(paying Rs.25) again. Im ready to pay but will the airtel provide me the reason for this and also my time.
          I have lost my handset and i use airtel prepaid sim.i informed to costumer care
          that kindly loac the sim. and after two days dt-13/02/2010 time-4.00pm i has collect the duplicate sim from retailer by paid of rs 50/- addresed at dibrugarh (assam) but yet the sim card not

            I could not able to receive international SMS for the past 2 months despite continious complaints made to Airtel.
            Their customer service is poor that they are repeating the same answer,who ever it may be,everytime.Even i asked for a fax number so that i can send a written complaint.Alas! they dont have a fax number.

              because of this i was unable to send messages from my cell phone..............

              on date::29-11-09 time::6:56:24 am a message from Airtel service came its number was 55381
              it stated that "thank u for subscribing for daily jokes and 1rs will be deducted daily from ur account"
              i was totally surprised with the sms that i got from Airtel . i never subscribed for any type of joke messages from airtel.

              I even got more frustrated when my friend gave a call to my cell phone Airtel started telling that
              "my phone is switched off please try again later"
              while my phone was switched on. This is a worst experience that a customer can have from a network.

              Recently i got a message from Airtel on date::[protected] time::7:27pm it stated that "your benefit validity of RC 26 message offer ends tomorrow"
              is Airtel trying to fool customers?

              i recharged my account balance with RC11 message offer on[protected] and it was valid till "[protected]"

              i had really worst experiences from airtel network...................

              i want my 100 rs back for which i have paid for airtel for the sim card
              and want to change my network....................

                  Its wonder that i got my mobile bill for the month of november of Rs 2200.
                  I had cancelled my connection in October end, and i had a proof for it.

                  All airtel executives are illetrate and bloody . They are not aware how to solve problems of their customers. All the time they make excuses rathar then solving it. I have been facing net problem while using it through my pc but can't able for the last four days and their customer care executives are not able to solve this it seems to me that airtel appoints all low grade employees, may be airtel is not ready to pay for the right candidates. Airtel claims that it is having top class network but all is bull . I get my phone disconnected while driving into the city itself.

                  Airtel Mobile — Very very very poor and unprofessional

                  I took airtel for internet. It was not working and I reported more than 20 times, spoke to various people at various level. They says sorry. No one to help and we discontinued numbers. Paid all dues etc.

                  After 2 months I got call for payment and I asked please provide me details of bill I have not received.

                  I called various people, but there was no result. Now ... Can some one help me here ..
                  Airtel service is very very very worst. I have talk to one Mr.Karthik airtel customer care. He said repeated answer for complaints for single word "soory sir". He is not eligible to work for that job. His answer method is very very worst. I was customer in airtel for last three years. But he is not responding me.I spoke to him on 14.12.08 at 12.50Pm.

                    I have been trying to get support for my Blackberry device for AirTel for over a week now. Customer support is completely inadequate and unresponsive.                     Blackberry — Blackberry Support Issue

                    Great article on Bloomberg Website with nice option that the Blackberry is
                    coming up. This shows that we are no where behind in the world of
                    technology. However, I have one nice experience to share with that probably
                    will change your perception the way it happened with me. My initial
                    sentences were my comments before but after interacting with so called
                    professionals of Blackberry team including dealers, I have changed my
                    opinion from great services to worse services.

                    I would not use any abusive word however the experience that I had with
                    Blackberry team compelled me to do so.

                    I must share that I bought the Blackberry set Model 8900 Curve in
                    the month of March 2010 and while using the same I encountered with couple
                    of issues that were escalated with the respective dealers and when tried to
                    reached higher authorities - could never get any contact details or forum to
                    bring the issue up. Initial days of my complaint I was convinced by my
                    dealers that set itself would be replaced. Would be shocked to hear that
                    this assurance is now almost two months old. Each time I am trying to follow
                    up, either the call is ignored or same fake assurance with no result, still
                    as a customer I am in dark. Surprisingly I recommended the same model to my
                    colleagues and bought almost 20 sets of the same.

                    I can well imagine if this sort of treatment they can do with undersigned
                    then what will happen to the individual customer.

                    With great respect to Bloomberg article that I read on website (bloomberg),
                    I felt like sharing my experience as could not control my
                    emotions that on one side I am suffering from the behavior of Blackberry
                    associates and on other side Bloomberg article shows lot of positivity about the
                    company and its performance.

                    I am not sure if this is an authorised forum to discuss and what are the impact and response I can expect. I am using Airtel blackbery service. I got my account deducted by Rs 899 for the month of July-Aug. But after 10 days of service it got deactivated and it is 6 days since I am calling up customer care support for help but this is not getting resolved and they giving bogus time frames and reasons. It seems since the service provider is physically persence is not there and the complaints are raised through phone it is not at all getting resolved and hoing unheard. I am reaching out for justice. Appreciate if you could help me with resolution to this concern and do not allow service providers to take consumers for granted and the consumer rights are protected.
                    I HAVE BB 8900. I WAS SURPRISED TO SEE SO MANY COMMON FEATURES MISSING IN BB ITS SOFTWATE AND SHOULD BE UPDATED IMMEDIATELY. THE FEATURES THAT MADE ME SURPRISED ARE AS BELOW :-

                    I CAN'T ADD A NEW CONTACT FROM RECEIVED OR DIALLED NUMBER I HAVE TO COPY IT AND TO TO CONTACT AND PASE IT THERE LENGTHY PROCESS... (SEE E-71)

                    DEFAULT NUMBER DIALLING FROM A SINGLE CONTACT HAVING HOME/OFFICE /MOB # WE HAVE TO MOVE CURSOR ALL OVER TO GO TO MOBILE AND THEN CLICK TO DIAL. IT SHOULD HAVE DEFAULT NUMBER OPTION SO WE CAN JUST SELECT CONATCT AND DIAL DEFAULT SET NUMBER AS IN NOKIA E-71

                    LIMITED CONTACT NUMBERS OPTION : ITS LIMITED 1.MOBILE, 2 OFFICE, 2 HOME NUMBERS MOREOVER MOBILE IS THE LAST OPTION AND WE CAN'T EDIT THE HOME / OFFICE TO NAME IT AS IN E-71.

                    REJECT LIST : IF WE SELECT REJECT CALL OPTION, IT IS FOR ALL THE CONTACTS, , , FUNNY ... ALL CALLS WILL BE REJECTED, ... SUCH A BIG COMPANY ... BLACK BERRY ... AND A SENSE LESS FEATURE ?

                    MOBILE TRACKER ... SHOULD BE ADDED.

                    PLEASE UPGRADE THE BB SOFTWARES ... ELSE NEXT TIME IT WILL NEVER BE "BB" IN ANY OF MY MOBILE, EVEN MY FRIENDS OR RELATIVES TO WHOM I HAVE CONVEYED THAT BB IS NO BETTER THAN COMMON MOBILE PHONES.

                        online interview and there is a list of available positions.

                        Well, seeing the nature of complaints and queries i dont think that this is real. Because they are asking for a large sum of money. What if they get away with it. Similar to the widespread UK Lotterry spam.

                          I used ICICI Bank Online to recharge my phone. Amount has been deducted my account but it is not yet credited to my cell phone.

                          I received an SMS from airtel that due to some technical problem it could not recharge this time, how ever they accepted the money.

                          I agree some times there could be few problem in systems. but WORST PART IS ...


                          I have been trying to call their customer support number which no one picks up .. Me and my wife have tried at least 40 times.

                          on their website they say write email to [protected]@airtelindia.com.
                          I am writing daily emails but no reply.

                          I searched for escalation channer an through their website found the email of 'Nodalofficer.[protected]@airtel.in' as an authority ot escalate the matter.

                          Unfortunately this guy is also not responding. I received one email from him that he will do some thing, but no further emails from him inspite of daily remainder ..

                          I have been searching google ..

                          But can any one give me some email ID or phone number of any higher authority in airtel mobile like 'Customer Support Head' or so?

                          I have started using an “Airtel” Mobile (Nokia & Model # 2600) for the last about few months.
                          It number: [protected].
                          I have noted by being very attentive that I am neither making any outgoing phone call from it nor sending any SMS from it for the last long time, but Re. 01/-, is being deducted from my very little balance amount illegally. The same, is reducing my total little balance. I have decided not to add to it any additional amount.
                          I have had to make several repeated phone call from this mobile to 121. But even then no good response could be achieved in this regard from the very beginning till this present time. In addition to it, I have sent many SMSs to many related Airtel network, to get this atrocity stopped fully, and at the earliest, I noted that I was charged with Rs. 03/- at all the times of sending such SMS. But still, no good result, could be achieved from the very beginning till this present time.

                          Airtel Prepaid Mobile Service Member — Daily deduction of Re. 01 illegally from my very little balance

                          It's to inform all the readers, and related manager etc. to get this kind of atrocity stopped fully. I have noted very well that Re. 01/- is being deducted from my total little balance. My mobile number - +91 [protected]. If the same remains continue, I will have to discard using this Airtel Mobile Phone for ever.
                          I will do without it.I have not made any outgoing phone call from my Mobile nor sent any SMS from the same mobile.                           I was been charged Rs. 50 as clip charges from past 4 months and the connection is 10 months old now. However since its a corporate plan the clip charges is been waived. I did notice that from past 4 month i was been charged Rs. 50 extra and it is not mentioned any where on the bill stating it is clip charges, when i had sent an email to [protected]@airtelindia.com they say that Rs. 50 is charged as clip charges.                           I have lived abroad for 15 years and just returned to India. I am completely appalled by the quality of Customer Service in India. There is no Prepaid Customer Support at all for AirTel!

                          Their website at http://www.airtel.in/wps/wcm/connect/Airtel.in/airtel.in/home/foryou/mobile/prep... tells you to call [protected] for a 24 hour customer support. When I dialied the number, it says the number doesn't exist!

                          Does a big company like Airtel have a Customer Support department? Do they have a Manager or director working there? Does he/she get paid a salary? If yes, I think that person should be fired for such shoddy quality work.

When I called 121 regarding this they said "sorry" thats all. but my money is not all reverted back. What the hell is this??

For my last complaint from 13th Oct to 15th Oct, after a long fight I got solution on 15th Oct. And again I am facing the same problem from today (18th Oct 2010) 6.00pm, the problem is I am not able to do an outgoing call from my number [protected]. For this I called your customer care officers (useless fellows), who don’t know how to talk with a customer, I talk with Mr. Simran, Mr. Ankur etc. Mr. Ankur don’t know how to talk with a customer, I told him to transfer the call to his senior for this he only told me that thank u for calling customer care and disconnected the call. And also the same is done by Mr. Simran.
                          Your customer care wing, your technical wing and other wings are not able to solve customer problem. So I am requesting u to please take your connection back and compensate me because at the time of last complaint, my loss in business is Rs.146000.00, visiting card cost for 1000 nos which I printed the same number is Rs 3000.00 and for calling to your customer care from other phone it is around Rs.600. So total is Rs.149600.00. so please do the need full as soon as possible.

On 13th Oct 2010, 6.30pm my number is barred by Airtel, regarding this I called to Airtel customer care and from them I understand that my number is barred due to verification of documents, regarding the documents they never called me and they didn’t send me a message, when I told them that I didn’t get any call or message from your side regarding this at that time a senior supervisor Mr. vinod told me that they called me and informed me the same before last 2 week and from 27th Aug 2010 to 5th Oct 2010 I was out of India with my phone then how they called me I don’t know. And then Mr. Vinod told me that your number will activate before 14th Oct 2010 morning which is not happened, then I again called them in morning and a another supervisor Mr. Sachin who told me that within 2 hours your problem will rectify and then I submit my documents at your Airtel Office at NIT Faridabad by 3pm then I called from there to Mr. Sachin, then again he asked for 1 hour and I waited at your office till 8.30 Pm and then Mr. Sachin told to the staffs in your FBD office to issue a duplicate SIM for me and he told me that your number will activate within 2 hours. And till now my outgoing calls are barred.
                          I feel that the experts in your office are not able to rectify the problem. I feel that now a day in India the worst connection is AIRTEL, no customer support, inefficient technical staffs, irresponsible customer care officers and irresponsible top level officers because I called there more than 20 times and till now not any responsible person called me. Finally I gave them time till 10am of 15th Oct 2010. Let us see what is going to happen.
                          Such poor service...Y d hell do u keep cutting balance say around 20rs for unused stuffs, , , , and the agents puts users on hold, where in they knw dat each minute is being charged..shame on the service

                                As i fond maximum number of complaints being loged in agaist the Airtel i think we all should form a group and take some serious action against the company as a whole.

                                i am trying to create friends group from last 15 days...and it is continuously giving the msg as application down and server down. its shameful on ur part to provide such disgraceful service to customers. and i have called 100 times and requested customer service people to please look into this matter, but they reply saying they are helpless. then who the hell is going to look into this matter...???????? if i do not get my service properly, i will be forwarding the complain to consumer court...!!
                                please look into this matter as soon as possible, as i dont want to waste my time anymore with ur bloody service.

                                  Hi Nodal Officer

                                  I am one of the foolish customer of Airtel.My numbers are [protected] and [protected].

                                  I have both these numbers and have frequent issues calling out as well as receiving calls from both of these numbers and outsiders number also from 1st Jan 2008.

                                  We have exchanged SIM of both the numbers and mobile equipment changed also.After that we called your customer Service and they have raised a complaint.This was on 5th January.But no records of it.

                                  On 7th early morning at 3:00 am one of my friend called your service.We had an emergency and we were not able to call anyone I managed to msg one of my friend and he in turn called Customer Service.This was the most horrible thing.The agents over there put my friend on SPEAKER AND EVERY ONE GROUPED TOGETHER AND STARTED LAUGHING WHEN MY FRIEND EXPLAINED MY EMERGENCY and on top of it he was abused and forced to disconnect the line.I WENT THROUGH LOT OF FURSTURATION AND MENTAL AGONY BECAUSE OF THIS.MY FRIEND WAS HUMILIATED DISRESPECTED AND ALSO PROFANITY WAS USED ALL BECAUSE OF MY CONCERN.WE HAD ONE EMERGENCY AND NO ONE WAS ABLE TO HELP US IN OUR NEED.I HAD MARKED A COPY TO CONSUMER PROTECTION ALSO BECAUSE I SINCERELY BELIEVE THAT AS A CUSTOMER I WAS NOT BEING TREATED FAIRLY BY YOUR COMPANY.

                                  Moreover we have two complaints raised so far that is documented.One is 15142606 and the other one i dont know the number which is raised today.

                                  Now your agents tell that they were not able to reach on this number and they expect me to have some other number other than Airtel.

                                  You people dont believe in your own service.You can see my call logs that if you really try hard for some time you can reach me.But trying one time to reach me and then telling you are not reachable is not acceptable.

                                  And I know for Airtel, loosing my two numbers would not be making any difference.

                                  Because o[censored]sing Airtel I cannot afford so many losses in financial as well as social aspect and THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT I AM AN AIRTEL CUSTOMER.

                                  Franky i dont think someone would reply mail for this also.

                                  My question is like that when all things as per your terms condition are exactly fulfilled balance is more than Rs.20 always, every month 498/- for activated gprs , Then Why airtel never ever bother minimum responsibility even never sending a service provider settings too. If I write MO and send it 2567 – This service currently not available on your mobile . I’m using nokia 6600 but as a confusion several time I change my hand set for experiment if mine would be corrupt or temporary defective other probs , I formatted my cell . setting as like as a factory restore default . BUT ALL R EQUAL . And as per their sms response
                                  “ we are………within 24 hours ……. “
                                  Could you plz tell me How Many Hours make 24 hours.
                                  And finally now your customer care officer admitted openly they barred my number whenever I made a call by one of my friend’s cell . and they just threaded me yes threaded this number ( my friends cell Which I use that time ) will be barred forever . they given the cause my behavior wasn’t well .
                                  Am ill behavior man ? my nature was impolite by default ? I’m not capable Air tel ‘s connection ? By whom it will be certified? Your C-Care executive ! have I asked which colour they would like? which cosmetic they prefer to use ? If I lose my patience then what’s the cause behind it ? have I used any abusing terms?
                                  I have recorded (by the help of my call recorder ware) their voice I can produce / publish if it’s necessary .
                                  i totally agree...Airtel is a fake company !!!...there customer care executives are ppl who don't get food to eat...and Airtel hire's those sort off people...who then talk to d customer very rudely !!!
                                  Vodafone is much better than Airtel..
                                  i agree that a bunch o[censored]neducated freaks are the customer care fellow with airtel!

                                    The Company Airtel provides fascitly to activate various schemes etc via sms. same are activated on own. later when customer uses the same it gets deactivated. later when reversals are asked for customer care doesnt reverts and reports as querry closed. all of a sudden in your followup period outgoing calls are deactivated.

                                    sub : Deactivate my cell no [protected] .

                                    One of the Tele marketing executive of airtel has offered me a scheme with post paid connection, she asked me a credit card zerox as document proff . on the next day there was call from airtel for verification and conveyed me that our document are clear and your card will be activated immediately and bill of it will debit from your credit card automatically . so i immediately told if it is so i don't require card of such type. but still they have activated the card.
                                    i am ready to take the card but under condition , i will manually pay the bill in gallery.
                                    Below are the number and name who offered me card :

                                    1. Rupali [protected].from Bandra

                                    so its my request to you to look in my matter immediately and get me feedback immediately..................
                                    my cell no : [protected].
                                    One of airtel executive has offered me a scheme with post paid connection of Rs. 444. The last week i got a bill of Rs. 1207/-. so i request you to kindly deactivate/disconnect my mobile connection i.e. [protected].

                                    Really I am unhappy with this Airtel service, my bill amount for the month of April, 09 was Rs.385/- but due to unsufficient balance in my account Rs.276/- got deducted, but when I checked my outstanding amount via toll free no. again it was Rs.385/- and there was update about that Rs. 276/-, I spoke to customer care executive many time but no update, even logged a complaint with airtel customer care but its of no use, they simply give the time line to resolve the customer issues but they won't follow up within the committed period
                                    Really I hate the service of airtel.. ..

                                      I have changed my email address and have requested to send out the bill for mobile number [protected] to my yahoo email account. I have not got the bill so far and have not made the payment. Incase I do not make the payment the Sim Card will be deactivated. I made a request for the change of mailing the mobile phone bill to this address about a month back and the same was acknowledged by your office but no action taken. Please help me to pay the bill so that my phone does not get deactivcated

                                      i am using the airtel post paid mobile and i am paying bill but company is chargin me the 50/- penaly from 1st month and i asked for waiver the say we will do but past 6 month they are not credited the same.
