[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — Call list of prepaid no

My mobile is been misused and so I want to have my details of outgoing and incoming calls and if possible the messaging details too. My mobile no. is [protected]

I am the holder of connection from airtel mobile number [protected] and I am being charged Rs20/- per day for the services which I never got activated. I daily receive a message from the company like this "thanks for using (subscription, textbased services)subscription service on Airtel WAP. you'hve been charged Rs.20/-.Enjoy http://igmobi.com.
I have five time lodged a complaint on the airtel service number 121 and they assured me that this will be got deactivated within24 hours . but nothing has been done so far.
please help me into the matter, thanks

Airtel — defrauding prepaid customers by activating VAS without your permission

I have been defrauded by Airtel by activating various VAS services without asking for them and debiting money from my prepaid account. The calls to customer service several times resulted in just assurances and very next day the services are activated again. The company has defrauded me of several hundred rupees by this manner. Some people in the company are cheaters who do this to show sales or the company has instructed people to defraud unknowing customers in this way

airtel pre-paid — Deactivate IGMOBILE

Due to error of which i am unaware, igmobile text subscription facility has been activated and its charging me 20 rs a week. I do not want this service and there is no option on the phone through which i can De-activate this. I have asked the consumer court and they said that i have to send a complaint to Airtel Officers regarding this and get a statement of negative from you to proceed with the complaint. I honestly request you to de-activate this immediately or issue a statement that you cannot do so, so that i can go ahead with the consumer court procedure. My number is [protected]. Bangalore is the place where i live.

Dear Sir,

I had subscribed (by mistake) this service from Airtel live while the message come from www.mauja.com. Now I wanted to unsubscribe this service on my Mobile No.[protected] as every day they are charging Rs.5/- without my renewal. Several times I called up Customer care service of Airtel, but not getting solutions after giving false commitment that I will be done within 24 hours. Since last 10 days I have been doing the calls and same answer is getting. I have lost my money without any reason. Even they can't give the solution how to unsubscribe from internet.

I request you kindly help me do this service unsubscribe from my Mobile No.

Airtel — Not activation of the Outgoing calls & other Services.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am using Airtel Postpaid service 2 days before i lost my mobile phone, so i put request to customer care for deactivativating my outgoing calls, as per Airtel it requires max 4 hours to activate & deactivate the services, but after requesting for deactivation of the services i got my SIM card back, Now immadiatly after that i have requested to activate the services, though it is not deactivated at that time, after some time my services are deactivated so again i requested to activate the services, after the maximum time of 4 hours it is not activated, i am repetadly requesting for activation of the services from 2 days but responce is that every time i have to wait for 4 hours, 6 hours, 12 hours again 4 hours, and customer service provider repetadly failing to activate my services.

here are some of my request Nos:-

apart from this requests no 2 other time i have called the customer care, but still the results are not get.

this is regards with my no [protected] making servial complaints about FHMmodel from 54321 regards to deactivate but no reply this is 25 times made complaint for same spke to supervuor Mrs Swati purohit she assured will deactivate serivce but then it acctivated automatiocally i am using moto v3i tmobile where i cannot access nop so how it can act frm my side pls check revert back

I have charged Rs. 30 for Airtel Radio. when I M trying to unsubscribe the same. its not happening.
