[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — Network Problem in Residential Area

no network here in my town from 6 month & also no respons to customer care dept of airtel

I am a Airtel Prepaid mobile user and my no. is [protected]. The network of the Airtel in the residential areas is very poor because of that i have suffered losses on both personal and professional frount.Customer care service is poor.

Last two month I am facing the problem of deduction of amount from my prepaid balance. Sir, if any resion the amount deducated please sent the message so that I can know about it. many times I have talked about this on coustemer care but result nill. Sir ur repergentive tolled me that RS-25 has been deductive from ur account for Internet using, bur I have not acctiveted GPRS on deduction of 18/03/08., Please do needful so that I can continue my airtel number.

My Cell No. is[protected] and using this number since long time. i have made life time incoming plan, but from saturday ie; 31/05/08 in the evening around 7.30p, my sim is showing not registered. pls try to solve this problem. i trust your customer care coz i m my self in this service from last 6 year.

from 17th july from evening i create severly network problem . sometimes it shows me 0 tower and sometimes it shows me 5 or 6 tower and again it is get zero . i face this problem everytime and everymoment during day and night . i use Nokia 6630 and it is my new set . my number is [protected] and it is lifetime prepaid number . i used this number from january in the year 2005 . it is my first time i create this type of network problem . i stay at Tollyguange Naktala . my address is 1199 Naktala kolkata 700047 . hope u solve my problem as fast as u can .
