dear sir i m a prepaid card holder of airtel, and since last two months vas pack service is enabled on my number but i never have done anythig to make this service activated, you have started this sercive automatically and i already have told to the customer care to discontinue this service many times, but your customer care executives are eve not interested in hearing my problem.so please stop finishing my balance i such a service which dont want and even dont know about the service. please make your customer service effective and your executives too. mobile no.-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |

Airtel Prepaid — miss behavior of customer care
i made a call to customer care at airtel on 26 jan 2010 to know about the latest offers. however i was unsatisfied with the response and sent no to 876 whwn asked for the feed back.today a call came from the no [protected] where three or more friends had a union and startedd using abusing words and threatned me as one among them was thrown out because of my response
also immediately a message came for subscribing to friends chat and a sum of Rs 30 was deducted from my main account balance

Airtel nowadays become an idle network. Tower signals are reduced within last 3 months, whenever we complaint the network signal is not available in a area (HB colony, Tuticorin), they simply replied that it will be cleared in 48 hrs, but after 2 months no response in that area. to make a phone call we have to come out from home. Airtel should increase its strength upon their competitors.

Airtel Prepaid Card — To dis-continue the mobile no.
Hello,dear sir or madam,
i have mobile prepaid connection of airtel.

i have lost my cell in kalyan at night 1:30am yesterday (Friday, 26/09/2008.
i have taken this connection on 19th march 2008.
