DEAR SERVICE PROVIDER, I AM A RAJASTHANI CUSTOMER MY MOBILE NO IS [protected] I AM USING THIS NO FROM LAST FIVE MONTHS I DIDN’T FACE ANY PROBLEM REGARDING YOUR SERVICES BUT FROM TODAY I HAVE SOME PROBLEM I JUST WANT TO SHARE WITH YOU THAT IS “ ACCORDING TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES TO DAY I SUBSCRIBED A CALLER TONE BUT ACCORDING TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE I DIDN’T SUBSCRIBED ANY CALLER TONE ON MY NO BECOZ LAST TIME I CALLED ON MY FRIENDS CELL NO THAT IS [protected] NEAR ABOUT 4:00AM AT THAT TIME I DIDN’T GET THE SMS OF THIS VALUE ADDED SERVICE BUT AFTER THAT I GOT MY BALANCE DEDUCTED SO KINDLY CHK FROM YOUR SIDE AND GIVE ME PROPER RESPONSE BECOZ WHEN I CALLED ON THE CUSTOMER CARE THEY ARE RESPONDING FOR THE COMPLAINT BUT THEY ARE ONLY APOLOGISING FOR THE INCONVINENCE WATS THE MEANING OF THIS AFTER THAT WHEN I ASKED THE EXECUTIVE TO TRANSFER THIS CALL TO YOUR ESCLATION HELP DESK HE JUST DISCONNECTED WITHOUT GIVING ME ANY RESPONSE TO ME; I CALLED THREE TIMES DO YOU THINK THAT I HAVE TO MUCH TIME TO DISPUTE ON CUSTOMER CARE I AM A STUDENT OVER HERE SO KINDLY CHK THE SYSTEM BECOZ I DON’T BELIVE IN THE CUTOMER CARE BECOZ THREE TIMES I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE AFTER AVERY LONG HOLD MR.HIRA LAL HAS REGISTER MY COMPLAINT OVER THERE I DON’T WHAT IT IS BECOZ I HAVE ONLY A NO THAT IS “[protected]” I DON’T KNOW WHAT IT IS SO KINDLY DO THIS FAVOUR FOR ME AS YOU CAN THE USAGE OF MINE I AM USING THIS AIRTEL CONNECTION BECOZ OF THE CALLING FACILITES I THINK WHICH IS BEST ONE IN COVERAGE ALSO SO I THINK I SHOULD GET THE BEST REVERT FROM YOUR SIDE BECOZ THE RS 45/- IS NOT A BIG DEAL BUT THE WRONG THING IS WRONG THANKS WITH REGARDS.” NIDHI PRAKASH. my father's prepaid account has been charged 30 to 100 rs every time after filling the mobile prepaid account with a reason that he has activated or downloaded some thing that is not true so please stop this .this is irriteting becouse we dont have any money plant that we pay for fake thing

I am a Rajasthani customer my Mobile no is O[protected] in last few days and today 10-jan-2011 they cut 20 to 10 rupees in my balance. Cutomcare person tell me that it is heppning because of my mobile internet setting but i deleted all my internet setting many days before.
I want my money refuend back. If my money is not back then I have no other choice to change airtel to another company after service provider change sceheme is loanch in Rajasthan.

I DID SEND THE SMS TO STOP THE SERVICE AS SOON AS I GOT THE MESSAGE THAT JOKES WOULD BE ON MY CELL. BUT TO NO EARS. AIRTEL DID ACTIVATE THE JOKES ON MY CELL AND I GET CHARGED FORCIBLY.
SECONLY THERE IS NO PERSON I CAN TALK TO ONLY THE RECORDED VOICE GIVING WHEREIN CHARGES ARE DEDUCTED WHEN I CALL TOO ON A CUSTOMER CARE.
PLEASE GIVE ME THE NUMBER OR AIRTEL GALLERY WHEREIN I CAN GO AND STATE MY PROBELM AND GET THIS SORTED OUT.
