I HAVE AIRTEL NO FOR LAST5 YEARS AND NOW BALANCE DEDACT FOR LAST 20 DAYS BUT CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE NOT GIVE ME A CLEAR RESPONSE AND YESTERDAY HE ACTIVATE MY HELLO TUNE FOR HIS SIDE AND MY BALANCE GO FOR MINANCE. THEN EXECUTIVE SAY SIR THIS IS A TECHNICAL FAULT UR BALANCE IS NOT DEACTIVET PLS SOLVE MY PROBLEM I DONT HAVE EXTRA MONEY. AND ALWAYS I TOLD EVRY BODY AIRTEL IS RUFF SERVICE PROVIDER . before recharging my airtel prepaid card i did Rs 13.30 paise but after recharge my card of Rs 25. I checked the balance it shows Rs 8.45 paise on my account. it should be Rs 32.55 paise. This is their fault and why should i suffer for that. please help me.

I would like to bring to your kind notice that, I have recharged by mobile
For Rs.30/- on 24.08.09 with a talk time of Rs.25/-. Today[protected] in the afternoon I was getting messages for balance amount left, though I have not used at all. I have charged for Rs.30/- yesterday and made only 1 call to phone no [protected] and after that I have sent only 2 free local messages. On enquiring with Airtel customer care, they have informed that there was call made to international. I have been using this connection from last 4 yrs and I have not made any international calls then how this kind of manipulation is happening.
I request you to kindly check this, incase police complaint has to be
