[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid — 121 Customer Service worst | |
Hello, My name is Sandeep and had called 121 customer care as I was unable to deactivate GPRS from 4 days. My prepaid number is [protected]. I spoke to an executive at 3.15am on 24/06/08 and he provided me with a Service Request no [protected] and informed me that the GPRS will be deactivated within 3 hours. When I called 121 back at 12 pm the same day, Mr Jai informed me that GPRS was deactivated on my number as per the request taken. However it was still active. Then when I called back, another executive says that there was no request number that I had provided and that th enumber was a fake number. The customer care executive fool the customers providing them with false request numbers. Also Airtel from past 4 days is undergoing upgradation and I am unable to deactivate my GPRS from past 4 days. I am being charged 15/per day for this service and wont be provided with a refund. Please note that I have logged a complaint with your AIRTEL Store at Park Street with regard to the subjected matter vide letter dated 14.11.2008. The executive at your store took down my complain (Service Request no #[protected] with a assurance that the preobem will be resolved within 7 working days i.e by 22nd November 2008.
But I am very sorry to say that till date the complain is yet to be attended or looked into. I have also mailed regarding the poor network service but no response have been received. This is really heartning and unexpected from a prestigious concern like you. Being such a big corporate house your first concern should be customer satisfaction which has been totally ignored. This type of response is totally unexpected and uncalled for.
Finally, I would like to know if the complain is going to be attended or not. If the problem cannot be solved please do intimate accordingly so that I can disconnect the line immediately.

Hi. The hello tune services with Airtel is so very very sad that i don't get words to explain. I have this problem every time with airtel. I opt for a hello tune and it will not be activated for two days. Again i call up the customer care people, they do not know how to solve it!! They say application is down always, when i say 'always', i completely mean it. Every time they have this problem. And the next thing is, I happened to call a customer care executive at around 5:30 pm on 30th July, 2009 from Bangalore, Old airport road, the person received the call, when i explained my problem, he said, application is down and without asking anything further, he cut my speech in between and said "thanks for calling airtel" and disconnected. Just imagine!! This shows the customer service from airtel. Trust me, i am regretting for using airtel. I see lot of my frenz happy with vodafone and i am planning to switch to it as well. If this continues, airtel will definitely lose its popularity. THIA IS RIDICULOUS!! And am really really annoyed with it. I have mentioned the details of my call in the above lines bcz I want a strict action to be taken against the person bcz he did not respect a customer. And I have heard these things being done to lot of other customers as well. Airtel, wake up. Now I do know how seriously is this complaint going to be taken bcz no problem of the customers are actually solved.
why my internet is very very slow and why i cannot download any video song software please solve my problem

With regard to this problem I have lodged a complaint with your "Customer Care – Executive" fully briefing him of the problems, who took down my complaint and assured me that the problem will be solved by your network team within the 1st week of November. But till date neither the problem has been solved nor have I received any updates on this issue.
I also had other Airtel connection but I had to disconnect the line for this very problem. Please arrange to fix the problem at the earliest as not only me but also others at my residential place are facing the same problem. I sincerely hope that this is my last complaint with regard to this matter.
