Airtel Prepaid — Poor Indoor Network Coverage

Well I had complained to AIRTEL regarding the poor indoor network coverage way back in November 2007. Since than I've been said we are working on the complaint but nothing has happened. The services are just getting worse. And the responses now I am getting are such that you can change your number, the services will be as it is. No change will take place and such responses. Could you please help me solve this? I have to go out of my house always to talk to someone or even to send one SMS ! They have become very careless and are not bothered for custmers' problems. Can you ask them to be more accountable? I am from Vadodara, Gujarat.

NO NETWORK COVERAGE

i live in dharmapuri (dt) tamil nadu (state). i am using airtel prepaid. but here no network coverage in DHRMAPURI. many people like me who are using same service are very much disappointed with service they are providing which is very poor. kindly help.

Air Tel Prepaid — No network

Dear Sir,
I am using your air tel prepaid connection bearing No.( [protected]) from last 4 year & have not faced any kind of problem but now from last 3 weeks its irritating me, no network connection in the heart of the city & creating a problem for me to continue with your services. Either rectify it ASAP. or i need to look other way.

AirTel — Not getting network coverage properly

I Have not getting the network coverage properly.Towers are at a distance of maximum half kilometres,but the network coverage is very low.I have complained befor one month,but no action take the company.

Sir We are suffering here no signal in the main area in baji junction, Visakhapatnam since last ten days apart from several complaints no action has bee taken. So please rectify as early as possible

I was submitted to Identi proofs and photo with signed application at Airtel showroom, Pedawaltair, Visakhapatnam but messages and calls are regularly receiving and signal in my house (Arilova) is very low. So please consider my problem.

My Complient is that Airtel has a short range in my villege. The tower is situated atleast 10 km from my Home.... pls solve the problem immediately

I am shocked to see there is low to zero network coverage in the Hinjewadi area, where there are at least a couple of thousand techies work. It can be a costly ignorance for a huge market like this. Airtel, f you are listening, do something about it. I am not going to talk to your crappy customer service. I will give business to some one else if this persists for some more time. I assume its the recent radiations norms that they are trying to adhere to. Nonetheless as a customer, I am spending a couple of grands each month on my phone and internet service so I will not take this argument. I want good service. Period!

P.S: I am not going to post my cell phone number for pesky marketing people to bombard my number with their offers.

Note, I forgot to mention the exact area where I am facing this issue.

Place: Hinjewadi, Phase 3,

Nearest Landmark: ATOS building. IBM, Synechron. I work at the ATOS office at the above address and the signal is zero when I am inside the building.
