Airtel Postpaid - reninder to my complaint datd 28.1.2008

Urgent

non activation of advance rental 999 executive plan w.e.f.10.5.2007 to 22.11.2007

Service & Account No. Airtel No.[protected]; Account No.[protected];

1. Holding the above service w.e.f. 9.5.2006: under 999 Executive advance Rental plan; deposited Rs.1260/- (Rs.1000/- one time charge; 200/- activation fee; 60/- others);

2. Renewed the the above plan on 10.5.2007 by depositing Rs.999/- vide SL. No.103482 dated 10.5.2007. Amount deposited in M/s Sacs Enterprises Pvt. ltd., 55 Alagar Koil Road, Thallakullam, Madurai.

I had contacted several times overphone, lodged written complaint, personally informed in your office. The complaint No.14831446; further reference No.[protected];[protected];[protected];[protected];[protected];[protected];[prot...
[protected];[protected];[protected];[protected];[protected] plus several time talked to your CC officials.

Observations & complaint:

a) Bill Plan charge - 999 executive Advance rental (Rs.51/) & Fixed Charges 999 Executive Adv. Plan (Rs.99/-) total amounting to Rs.150/- is not being discounted from 10.5.2007 to 22.11.2007. Activated only on 23.11.2007 after raising complaint. (the same discount of Rs.150/- was allowed from May, 2006 to April, 2006)

b) Requested to look into the matter and reverse the excess amount I had deposited with you from 10.5.2007 to 22.11.2007. Proof of deposit and other details are mentioned in para 2 above.

Note: One of your representative from CC had informed me that since, the said plan is activated from 23.11.2007, the benefit of Rs.150/- will be allowed for a period of one from the date of activation. It is not clear why the benefit of the scheme from 10.5.2007 to 22.11.2007 should not be extended and reverse the excess amount deposit to me since, I had paid the amount well in time. Since, the official at your end might have done mistake by activating the scheme not in time, the customer should not be deprived off the benefit what he supposed to get.

Since no action has been taken by you despite my complaint dated 28.1.2008, I am forced to raise this complaint once again.

Now I have decided not to utilise your services. Kindly barr my services after taking following Steps immediately.

a) Allow the discount benefit(@ Rs. 150/- per month) from 10.5.2007 to 23.11.2007

b) As per the bill dated 25.5.2008, Rs.916.73 is due for payment. You may adjust the arrears due to me by reversing the same (i.e. by allowing the discounts of Rs.150/- for the period from 10.5.2007 to 23.11.2007.

c) De activate the services immediately as I see no advantage to me by keeping irresponsible services extended by you in spite of the complaints raised time to time.

Kindly initate action immediately. A copy of this letter is being endorsed to Consumer Forum for expeditious action.

AIRTEL ADVANCE RENTAL POST PAID CONNECTION — EXCESS BILLING

DEAR SIR,

I AM HAVING ADVANCED RENTAL SCHEME POST PAID CARD OF AIRTEL AND I AM GETTING TOO MUCH EXCESS BILL SINCE LAST 3 MONTHS. I AM NOT GETTING ANY CLARIFICATION FROM YOUR CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER.

FURTHER WITHOUT ANY FURTHER KNOWLEDGE YOUR SYSTEM ACTIVATING DIFFERENT DIFFERENT SERVICES WHICH IS OUT MY KNOWLEDGE.

NOW IN DEC-2007 BILLS I HAVE NOT MADE MORE INTERNATIONAL CALLS EVEN THEN I AM RECEIVEING BILL FOR RS,1400/- WHICH IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO ME, AS PER MY KNOWLEDGE IT IS AROUND 500/- TO 600/-RS. NOT MORE THAN THAT BUT I DONT KNOW WHY I AM GETTING SUCH EXCESS BILL.

NOW IF I WILL GET ANY EXCESS BILL IN JANUARY 2008 I WILL DISCONNECT YOUR CONNECTION AND I WILL COMPLAIN IN CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER.

I AM PAYING YOUR BILL REGULARLY YOU ARE REQUESTED TO LOOKINTO THE MATTER AND GIVE ME THE CLARIFICATION.

YOUR IMMEDIATE ACTION WILL BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED.

new sim for post paid connection not activated — non activation of sim in spite of advance payment

i got a call from airtel call centre informing me regarding the new plan of 1495 advance payment for zero rental for two years .then i got a call from an executive of north west marketers(pvt) ltd an authorised dealer of airtel . he told me that he got my mob no from airtel and asked about my willingness to take the said plan when i agreed to take the plan the executive told that he would visit me after obtaining my address from airtel customer service (i didnot give him the addresss purposely to check his authenticity).the executive then visited me on 21 jul 08 at my residence took all relevant documents and a cheque of axis bank serial no 018388 of Rs 1495 and assured me of activation in 24 hrs .till date the no has not been activated inspite of north west marketers receiving clear payment on 23 jul 08 as infomed to me by the bank.the no given to me was [protected] and the sim no is [protected].my interaction with customer service has not served any purpose, since they donot have the requisite data to process my complaint. the request u not to harrass a customer like this .and please ask ur dealer to activate my sim since airtel gave him all my personal details. the connection is of airtel and it is in good faith with airtel that i agreed to take the connection

    Not able to speak customer care executive

    i am Abdulla masood, i am not able to get my call connected to customer care executive from my airtel prepaid no . i am Old customer of airtel. i was facing the same problm for a long time . still am facing . if i call to customer care from othr no . they tell to send a message to 121. I tried it so many times. nothing worked out . i dont know what kind of service airtel is providing. can u pls help me out.

      I mr. samiuddin subscriber of airtel sim card my cell no. is [protected] was activated on 15 - 17 march 2008 in Nalgonda district right now i am in middle east (kuwait) for a trip of 75 days so its essential to get all my calls from india but i failed to get network over here. So is there any procedure to activate international roaming pls. let me know in this regard.

      I am visiting to China on 1st week of May during the visit i need a local number of China, could i obtain this sim card in Delhi.

      airtel is motherfuker. their cc peopel never provide correct info n when people call, they hold the call for a long time to creat long bils.
      in my case they told me that prepaid reaming is available in china but when i came to china...airtel no working...i borrowed one chinesse phone n called many times ot airtel cc but they just transferring the call from one person to others and in the last they dropped the call. due to this i stucked in china for 8 days without connection.

        During the last two months, I wanted to registered myself on the website www.airtel.in, but till today 09.06.2008 I am not able to login myself on the site after complaining about 54 times on the service 121 and [protected]@airtelindia.com.

        This is to inform you that, on 14/08/2008 we surrendered the Airtel No – [protected]. But till this date we are receiving the bill for the same without using it.

        I would also like to inform you that we have already paid two months bills without using the above mentioned number. Without any purpose of the said number there is no necessity to pay the bill.

        We have already lodged several complaints to deactivate the above mentioned number. So I request you to kindly take immediate action to cancel that particular mentioned number.

        Kindly do the needful.

        Hi,
        This is Prem Kumar. I have Airtel connection from pas 3 years. 10 days back, I migrated from post paid to prepaid. I had submitted Voter Id and Indian Bank pass book as Id and Address proof at Aundh Relationship Centre, Pune, which are the documents required as per KYC guidelines.
        However, on 13th August, I got message that I need to re-submit the document. On enquiring, there was no proper response as to why the document was rejected. Feeling disgusted about the response, I decided to re-submit the document since I have already posted the number on my resume. I again submitted the same documents at Baner Exclusive Outlet by afternoon on 14th August 2009.
        However, service to my number was discontinued on 18th August without any intimation from Airtel. On contacting 121 through my other Airtel connection on 18th August 2009, I was assured by the service manager that the documents are received by Airtel. Verfication will be completed and my number will be activated within 24 hours. Reference no for the same is [protected].
        Today, I visited Bavdhan/Pashan Relationship Centre for confirmation. However, on contacting Customer Care from Hotline no, I was shocked to hear that I need to re-submit the document again since Airtel has never received the document. I spoke to one of the supervisor who arrogantly replied that if my number has to be activated, I need t o re-submit the document. He was not in a position to listen to my conversation. He also told me that 121 customer care is different from hot line nos.
        Above all these, no one from the customer care was ready to take complaint from my side. I got a reply that for documentation, complaint cannot be registered.
        My question is:
        1) When the document is submitted when purchasing a SIM, why was the same not verified by the executive at the relationship centre?
        If the documentation was checked, there would not have been problem of repeated harassment to the customers.
        2) When a document is returned for various reasons, customer has all the rights to know why document was rejected. However, no one responded properly. Everyone kept on telling that neither the reason is updated in the system nor the document can be returned to the customer.
        As a customer, I have all the rights to get back the rejected document if I need to re-submit the documents again. In this case, the reason was not known and the document also was not returned. What if my documents are misused for illegal activities?
        3) I had re-submitted the document on 14th August and the same got rejected again and the reason is still unknown. Shoul d I continue to re-submit different documents again and again until Airtel is satisfied.
        If, in the first instance, the reason for rejection would have been known to me, I would have submitted the required document. As a Bank employee, I know the documents required as per KYC norms and I have submitted the same documents to Airtel. However, till this time, the rejection reason is unknown.
        Service to the number is discontinued without the fault of the customer. Why should I, as a customer, is harassed? Dont you think that Customer care executive should be penalised since the documentation was not checked before forwarding.
        I want a proper response from Airtel. I am going ahead with filing a case in Consumer court for all the mental harassment caused by the executives at Airtel.

        I was also facing airtel but they have resolved it now.
        I my case, I was told that in their system it is recorded that Airtel service engineer visited my residence and no one was available to provide the address proof document and that the color of my entrance door is of red color. The fact remains that nether the color of my entrance door is red nor anyone visited to collect the document. Probably the agent must be submitting the work order report sitting at home. Even after i submit the address proof in the nearest relationship center, it took five working days to activate after i escalated the concern to Noida and NCR office. I am a customer of airtel for multiple mobile nos, landline, broadband and i am seriously thinking of switching over to other service providers.
        i have login problem for instant.
        I have install airtel app and recharge successfully but one month ago my payment deduction on my bank account but not recharge
        My recharge 295, 150, 18, 18, 18 recharge not recieve and not refund amount in my account.
        So i decide to change other network and sue against airtel company

          I’ve used the pathetic service of Airtel only for Rs.50/- and paid total of Rs.570/- because recovery hooligans from Airtel came to my office to forcefully take the money.

          The “useless and worst customer care” of Airtel is not responding well too.

          I’ve forcefully paid Rs.570 to Airtel and requested to close my account through the closure form and the e-mail too in the last month itself (The Service Request number for the same is[protected].

          I do not believe it that Airtel again sent me a bill of Rs.120/- again. I feel like badly abusing Airtel a lot.

          What’s wrong with Airtel, I do not understand. Is it management or carelessness?

          I will not pay a single rupee now, and I will file a case against Airtel if any more hooligans come to my office for recovery. Also, I would expose such incidences to media too.

          I can challenge Airtel to send gundas to my office and I will show what I can do.

          Airtel sucks man!


          They can even call up your Friends and Clients if you dont pay the bill and harass them on the phone and ask them to ask you to pay the bill. This is clear infringment in privacy of the clients. They have no right to know who the customer is calling and they have no right to call my family, friends or anybody who is personal to me and ask them for money. This is so CHEAP and RIDICLIOUS on their part. Grow up Airtel.

            Airtel,

            I have airtel connection, number [protected] since march 2003 as postpaid corporate connection, I have no single remark of late payment till date,

            during Arpil 2007 i converted post paid connectio to prepaid connection as i moved to london,

            After my return in the month of Arpil 2008, I want to convert the same number to post paid on IBM corporate Plan,

            I went airtel outlet near seshadripuram college, provide Address proof, company ID proof, with deposit of Rs 300,

            After 10 days, suddenly my mobile was showing up with error - Sim card not registered, When i called customer care i was informed service was disonnected due to address verrification fault, in the address proff provided my correct address is
            161 EWS, 5th Cross, 2nd Main, KHB colony, basaveswara Nagar, Bangalore - 79.
            But the verification person who cam eto my residence has written the address as
            16 EWS, 5th Cross, 2nd Main, KHB colony, basaveswara Nagar, Bangalore - 79. which is not my mistake, again my service was disconncted without my knowledge, when called cust care for almost 5- 6 times i was infromed its due to address vertifcation,

            Again a person came to my office & residence for verification, same evening service was disonnected, when i called cust care again said i have given credit card bank statment, i need to provide any government document for verification, even after all this mess, i went to airtel outlet in Basaveswara nagar & provide them rationcard copy & asked them to reactivate the service but i got very worst service there...even i asked the person to convetr it as prepaid immediatly so that no verification required ...again airtel guy in basaveswara nagar seemed very immature & doesnot seem to understand my problem,

            Inspite of this experince, I work in respectable position in my company, when people are unable to reach my mobile due to these service problems it defnetly spoils my image in the company

            Now please suggest,
            I wish to register this as a high level complaint and require your immediate and kind attention.

            I am an Airtel(prepaid) user from last 4years with the number [protected]. I had no concerns what so ever while it was a prepaid number. Recently I've converted the same number to postpaid and a storm of problem arrived.

            Airtel executive came to my office on 23/06 without any notification and called me up for the relevant details when I was on Leave. I still managed to reach office and provided him with all the relevant details on a day when I was on leave.
            Following day, my Airtel number was disconnection quoting "negative verification". I called up customer care department and was advised that there status states "verification not done because details not shown". I called up the Airtel executive on his mobile number who verified my details and he stated that the verification has already been completed however, we are unable to update the status because of server delay. I called Airtel again and was advised for the verification again. The executive on 121 arranged for another verification on the following day at my billing address but no one arrived. I had to call again for the third consecutive for the verification as had received another message of "negative verification". This time it was agreed that the executive will come to my place and I will show him my office ID proof. Following day engineer came to my office address, I repeat my office address and called up. He stated that he cannot come to billing address and the details had to be shown on the office address. I told him that I am on leave and cannot show him any details. He stated that he can meet any one of my friend who will just sign the document and verification will be completed. As advised by him I arranged for one of my friend to meet and sign the document. I had my line disconnected due to no fault of my own and had to call at least 15times and staying in queue for no reason. Meanwhile, I had my Outgoing Calls Barred for at least 20 hours when I prefer to make most of my calls from my mobile (as has no other number) which I was unable to. Next day of verification I called up Airtel Customer Care to check the verification status and I was advised that I had another number [protected] on my name which I used almost 18 months back and the outstanding for that number is Rs 5300/-(approx). I know nothing about the number and had no other number apart from the number I am currently using and also not sure how this enormous outstanding amount reflecting on my name.

            I joined HCL on Sep'06 I have given all my details to an Airtel Executive outside my office for a postpaid number with Advance Rental of Rs 699/- for 1 year which I never got because I was told after a week of document submission by that executive that the promotional plan is not active anymore and was offered a different plan. I cancelled the deal as not happy with the different plan and asked for the copies of the document I provided. Executive told me that the documents were torn away and hence cannot be mis-used.

            Please note that I had no other number apart from the number I am using from last 4years. I never received any bill for that above number and nor received any verification call and not even signed any document. I asked Airtel to provide me the details viz document signed by me before activation of the above mentioned number, recording of the conversation during verification before activation of the above mentioned number and most important the recording of outgoing calls to prove that I used the number.

            I had not received any proper response from Airtel.

            Guys don't ever take a airtel connection you will get into the harsh reality once u try to convert it into pre/post paid...thy have the most $%$% up service and service centers

            I am trying for the the same for three months without any success hope u will understand that thy don't seem to be more interested in Indian Market seems for them its like v have eaten what we had to...i[censored] want continue or get lost we dont care.
            I think MNP is better from following service from airtel

                I have got a postpaid sim from airtel and its no. is [protected] Some days before i saw that my sim is not working fine. After checking thoroughly i come to know that its a technical fault and i need to replace my sim. I went at airtel outlet at Paradise, Secunderabad. They issued me a new sim card and asked for 200 INR. I said its not my fault or not even my mobile is corrupted, so why they are charging money, but they said that the money will be reflected in my next bill and they denied of helping me for the same thing. I dont know what kind of service are they really providing to their customers. Well soon i will be opting a new service provider, just because of the helping services provided by the AIRTEL. :)

                I have got a prepaid sim from airtel and its no. is [protected] today(4/6/2011) airtel company take charges 30 rupees in my account.so i told to custemercare center but they are say u have download a java game but i should not download a game infact that time my phone was on standbye.and also stop my custemercare services without any reason.so i sould tyr to contect custemercare from my other airtel no.[protected] but they put that number in hold on more than half hour and also charged 15 ruppes on that number.so i should try to contact custemercare but they say you save a ringtone on your phone, infact that time i told to custemercare so airtel compony take charges without any reason.
                i can also say about airtel.airtel is good compony and we are use airtel sim almost 2 year but now it;s behaviar not good for old custemer.so i think to leave about this airtel compony.and also want to your support. YOUR FAITHFULL

                  Here I would like to describe you my problem from last 2 to 3 month with the local dealer of Airtel.
                  · Many times I request him to recharge my Lapu, but he always make me assurance, later on he didn’t do the same.
                  · I have been given 1 to 1.5 k of good business through out the year and I always cleared my all dues of Lapu account in cash or check since 2005. But still there is no BANNER OR HODDING of Airtel in front of my shop, this need I always put into dealer knowledge.
                  · Here I also put up some information about some of the shop nearest to me and who had opened in the year of 2008 has got the entire thing from Airtel in right time like. Banner, publicities material and Lapu account updated.
                  Presently there are many communication problem facing with the local dealer of Airtel but there no one here to hear all this, finally at this juncture I directly contact to you.
                  I hope so my difficulties will be resolve as earliest as possible.

                    I am a bit confused about the way airtel mobile office 'unlimited' GPRS operates lately...During the day it doesn't work..It appairs to be a trick employed by the Airtel as i was told Airtel deliberately suspend that service due high network traffic..Now at night we are supposed to be sleeping, what do we do with it at night..If your network can't manage the Delhi population please quit GPRS and stop with your disguise exploitation..Someone will take 18Rupees 3days 'unlimited' 200mb..And no connection during the day, you end up using 5mb. That is appalling.
                    take the sim out and insert it back.

                    I have had continuous issues with Airtel GPRS and I am thinking I am not the only one with this problem.
                    1. If you dial *567# to deactivate the GPRS service the response you get is that the the service is already deactivated and next day you receive SMS saying that the account has been charged Rs. 10/- for GPRS service. This doesnt end till you call the customer support to cancel the service.
                    2. Some times the customer support just doesnt understand what is required. If you call them up to deactivate the service they say they are doing it and its not done! You again see the charge of Rs. 10/- to your account.
                    This is a final effort I am making to stay with Airtel. I want to use internet when I need but dont want to end-up giving away money for not a fault of mine.

                      Inspite of my repeated enquiries on 121, no final resolution had been given to me regarding my tariff plan.
                      All my outgoing calls to Kaithal have and had been charged as per STD rates. Whereas these calls should have been local as per TRAI rules and regulation as all kaithal falls within 200 Kms. (about 66Kms. from karnal).

                      Airtel Prepaid Connection Complaints - AirTel Prepaid connection Blocked??????

                      My son got admission in JMIT-Radaur and he applied for a Prepaid connection with AirTel Haryana.
                      At the time of application we attached a Bonafide certificate issued by JMIT-Radaur.
                      Connection started working properly and after one month of functioning he recd. a message for recharge and for that he will get full talk time of recharge value.
                      Accordingly he got recharge of Rs.333/- from delhi outlet.
                      After recharge, connection started creaing problems and when he discussed and checked with the outlet from where he got the connection, the outlet vendor told him to submitt address proof.
                      He submitted the same to him but after 2-3 days connection got blocked and when my son contacted AirTel Haryana, the customer care said the connection is permanently blocked and now nothing can be done.
                      Like this we lost connection charges+Recharge balance+additional Recharge, a total amount of nearly Rs.700/- (250+85+333) and harrashment.
                      Please advise us to do the needful.

                        I had taken two connections together in Dec 2008. The verification was done and I got the welcome letters for both the nos. I got the bills after one month and made the payment. On 26 Jan the outgoing calls on one of my numbers was deactivated due to negative address verification. When I called the Customer service they said there will be a new verification. After two days I again called cus ser and they asked me to go to nearest airtel outlet and they will activate it there irtself because my verification was confirmed on my account, it's just that the airtel guys had entered sec32 instead of sec34 on one of my numbers. I went to sec61 outlet and the lady there said we cant activate it we will be sending a person for verifiaction and after two days your phone will be working. After 2 days I went to sector 18 outlet and the lady there said she had sent a mail to the concerned dept and she would call me in one hour but did not call i waited for 3 days. Yesterday I again called the cus ser and even spoke to shift manager but he said they could not help me as I had to ask my company to send a mail to airtel regarding this.

                        First of all let me tell you guys I have used vodfone for four years but have never faced such pathetic cus ser ever. Secondly this is a corporate acct but I pay my bills myself. I had taken the connections from the guy from airtel who sits outside the company so company has nothing to do with my connection.
                        Third point, I got my address verification done when I was present at home which means I had given you guys the correct address but when you guys entered the info into your systems you entered the sector number wrong in one of the numbers and that is why one of the number is not working ad the other is working fine.

                        If anyone at airtel has got trained on procedures and call handling kindly let me know because I really want to speak to one person who has really got some knowledge.

                          I am using airtel prepaid connection [number is [protected]]and I got it recharged with a 1 month validity on 5th June, 2008 evening and also received the message for the same . But I am having problems that my message sending is failing continously inspite of the fact that there is balance and validity [till July 4th, 2008] but receiving messages from other people and my outgoing is allowed but when someone is calling me than the operator says that my number is temperorily out of service.
                          Looking forward for quick solution.

                          i m using airtel prepaid connection[[protected]].i hve a problem of receiving messages from 6411001 from last 6 months which says "thank you for using airtel services etc..." while i m not using any services and after that Rs 1 deducted from my balance .the message i recive is 2-3 times in a day thats approx Rs2 or Rs 3 Deducted each day. even i received jokes etc. from 5888 by itself.i m trying to come out the problem by making communication to customre care but they also didn't clearify the problem and it still exist. Please look into my problem and sort out it sortly otherwise i hve to look for some other connection...

You must be kidding man, Airtel is such a group of Stupid people put in an organisation that you hardly have any say even if you are a honest paying customer. Actually Airtel has got so many customers that they find it almost impossible to manage them all. Now a days Govt. Company like MTNL is providing better and cheaper mobile service/customer service as compared to Airtel. I guess Airtel is digging its grave itself... So forget about Solutions with Airtel... Switch to other Better Operator... Airtel only have good network... Nothing else... And a Money Sucker...

                            I was having two postpaid connections. i tried to close one of my mobile no.(no. is [protected]) app. 8 months ago. Till now, i am receiving the calls on the second number asking the same question that why am i closing the connection. I am tired to answer them.
                            Once i had paid my bill through SMS for no. [protected] and this amount is added into the second connection(to whom i am trying to close).
                            Please adjust that amount to my current number i.e [protected] and close the second number i.e.[protected].

                              I have been receiving awkard SMSes all through the day and have been charged Rs.3 for each incoming SMS. I have spoken to Customer Care (121) on the morning of 19/6 and have done as directed to unsubscribe, although I have not subscriped to any such things. Thankfully Rs.9 that I was charged for the incoming msgs has also been refunded.
                              Last night 19/5 between 21.10 and 21.15 hours I received two SMS: one a verse and the other "font face-'Arial' microsoft' sent from 52206, 543214 & 290603 at different times.
                              This morning between 830 & 9.00 am I have received at least 9 such STUPID SMSes (font fact Arial...) every 1 minute. Inspite of my "unsub YG" yesterday as well as this morning. Today I have a relative who is undergoing a serious operation and am on needles each time there is a msg or mobile rings. Hope you understand my trauma.
                              I have purchased a mobile only for EMERGENCY service. We have in our family, ailing persons, 3 senior citizens living alone, who need to be kept in touch with constantly. I am not interested in downloads, caller tunes, etc. Only change in tarrif or recharge reminders, or such related SMSes may be sent to me.
                              If this does not stop, I shall be contraint to lodge a harrassment case with the police for which you will be solely responsible and will have to compensate for the mental trauma as well as the physical inconvenience caused thereby (I sprained by foot rushing to pick the mobile)
                              I am looking forward to your reply and full cooperation and support and not compel me to take drastic action.

                              I do not have the time, and patience to rush to read these ridiculous SMSes. I have sprained my foot rushing to pick my mobile just to read stupid SMS like "font fact Arial...' and versus that do not interest me. Please arrannge to look into this matter and have this STOPPED forthwith.

                                  I have postpaid connection of Airtel. During last 4 months they have charged me Rs.99/ month total Rs.400/- as VAS pack charges, which has been activated without my knowledge. I have never used the service. I called the customer service of Airtel twice, however everything was in vein. Now I need to go to the Airtel Shop and fire them. This the worst mobile service I have ever had in my life.

                                  i brought a airtel post paid connection in last months, ur exe come in office and told that this is corporate connection


                                  plan name : jackpot 249 corp plans

                                  plan details:
                                  * airtel to mobile =30 p
                                  * airtel to airtel =30 p
                                  * airtel to landline =50p

                                  CUG = 10 p

                                  350 mints free locals to any networks


                                  i hv paid first bill before two days more than Rs.6oo=oo

                                  still i m not getting the benifits of CUG, i hv complaints a lots of time to ur sales exe and in ur custome care, but nobody respond me, ur exe said i hd activate ur cug but i m not got the benifts last month, i m working in Bharti Axa Life Insurance company Ltd.
                                  I will take leagal action against ur exe and airtel ...

                                    I have applied for new post paid connection from AirTel. Sales representative informed about the documentation process to be complied with and it was ensured. During this process i had selected a number to be activated. Without my consent a different number got activated. After informing about this to the sales representative, it was informed to me that there is a problem with the initial number, hence he activated different number. As i did not like the number activated, informed him to give some more options and change it to a different number which he did. Subsequent to that the new number stopped working(sim registration failed). After my repeated attempts to the sales representative to know the reason for not activating number, he is not attending the calls and my calls are going un answered. The attitude of the sales representative is very disappointing and the serivce offered is not upto the standard which AirTel claims. My connection is pending activation since from 12 days.

                                      send this complaint to caretouch.[protected]@airtel.in> abt 20 times as per require by him also send my relieving letter also.The amount u add in my bill belongs to TCL india holdings I had left this company april 07, offically leave this no in june 06.Trying to contact Mr faizi [protected], also send a mail to his personal id also still waiting for response.My mobile ragistration also failed.Below is the letter I have forword to caretouch message for faizi.Kindly look into this & solve my issue.mobile no [protected]

                                      as per require By u sending u relieving letter of TCL.Want to give in your kind knowledge that this no [protected] was using in westernup&all payment made by TCL.Offically i left westernup in june 06 shifted to lucnow& start using offical hutch mobile there.
                                      after leaving for lucnow all outstanding according to company is clear ed by co.
                                      just because of I was having this no I had request once again to airtel that allow me this no& afterwords start using this no.
                                      After coming to standard electrical s I had change address& paid by me in may 08 onwords.
                                      nov I shifted to sukam& now sukam corporate is paying all payment due on this mobile.
                                      It is unfortunate how could u people suddenly add Rs 12000& ask me to pay personally.
                                      I left TCL ghaziabad& shifted to lucnow work there for year and april 07 left the company.So offically this payment belongs to TCL ghaziabad two years back How should its my responsibility.
                                      I request u kindly waived out this outstanding& clear my account.
