Dear Sir/Madam,

Here the Issue details are:-

Step 1:-> My Airtel Phone line and Broadband internet was down this Sunday May 25th 08 and I raised a Ticket # :-> 7198052 on the same day. Person Visited after 2 days
i.e. on 27th May and it was fixed.

Step2:-> My Broadband was still not working and I’ve been told to raise another Ticket and I raised that and the Ticket # was :-> 7288504 raised on May 27th

The person provided “WRONG RESOULTION” report to the office and said phone is dead. Please refer my above complain number and the phone was already repaired.

Step 3:-> I’ve been asked to raise another ticket which is Ticket# 7310986 (Raised on 28th May 08)

Today is May 29th and my Brodaband is still down, while phone is working fine.

no proper response from cutomer care
Airtel was good in Service.. but seems like Airtel is sold to BSNL.

I have a complaint raised on June 2nd Night, The issue is not even checked or attended from last 6 days.

I have recalled airtel to inform "no action" atleast 8 times.

Complaint number 47143912.

Airtel is loosing its position as a great service provider.. They dont understand people are paying a premium price to get the service & not because of the branding :-)

This is a bad indication of Airtel getting into a normal Indian company mode - of less service more money !

I am furious that escalations don't work - no intimations, no apologies etc, , ,
I gave complaint as my broadband connection is not working, Airtel gave this SR#:35847436, and the resolution time by 13.30 on 20/07/2013. But as of now there is no resolution and no follow-up their side, i my self called several times after they breached SLA (the agreed time). After my several follow-ups also they didn't give any support, Airtel customer care executives & manager (madhu) said they will get resolve in 2 hours from last 1 1/2 day, On my every foloow-up they use to say this only but no resolution. So i want to sue them and i am demanding them to pay back my one year payments. What ever i paid under this connection last one year, pay back to my account. Because they completely failed to give services and cheating from last 1 1/2 days, these days i lost my time also, due to waiting for them. So requesting for help to get this.

    Sir,

    I am working in Infosys Mysore and for the past one week i am not able to make or receive calls. I called airtel customer care 6 times for this issue and logged 3 complaints on this but its not resolved yet. Yesterday i got one message in mobile saying that your problem got resolved, but actually it was not resolved.

    Actually the issue is with airtel tower in infosys campus, hebbal electronic city Mysore. All the airtel customers here facing the same issue for the past one/one and half week. Still airtel is not repairing it or resolving this issue. I am totally frustrated with this irresponsible act from airtel side.

      i have a airtel life time mobile No-[protected].I would recharged to 525/- on 15/05/08 (20:55 hrs )in kota raj through Kamal communication (mob. no- [protected]) . The kamal comm.is a airtel dealer. Rechargeed amount 525/- by mistake has gone in mob no-[protected] and it is mobile swuich off continously from same date.
      So I am already submitted above complaint on 16/05/08 (11:31 hrs) but do not transfer the abount in my mobile till date.

        Dear sir,
        Myself Krishna Rayudu, Gulbarga-Karnataka, India Holding a Mobile connection of Airtel prepaid No [protected].
        Since the last 2 months i.e, Apr2008, May 2008 there was an unauthorised deduction of Rs 25 on every month 27 behalf of Mobile chat.
        The Vasmobile chat i have not asked or ativated
        I HAve calld about 6 times at customer care ref nos [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].
        They told that they resolve the problem with in 48 hrs on 2nd may 2008.
        Surprisingly they have sent one msg on same Dt as we solved ur complaint against Mobile chat
        But in this mnonth i.e, May by 27 again same Rs 25 deduction
        There si no end for this injustice, unfair, unehtical thing from such a Reputed corganization? Airtel!

        Dear all AirTel users,
        I am using my AirTel Prepaid number [protected] since last four years. But I have one kind suggestion to all AirTel users all over India is that, DON'T TRUST AIRTEL FOR THEIR mCheck On AIRTEL SERVICE. You will never know how they will loot your money. Absolutely ridiculous service. I had tried recharge of Rs. 165 on 31st of May 08, my balance got deducted to mChek account number[protected] from my SBI ACCOUNT. Regarding at Customer Care I have given the Transaction Statement Proof. Then also my money yet not been refunded.
        So DONT BELIEVE SUCH NON RELIABLE SERVICES.

        Airtel — injustice - prepaid mobile

        Hi,

        I am vishal patel from Hyderabad. My airtel prepaid mobile number is [protected]. I took connection around oct end 2009 and submitted all required documents. Suddenly on 1st week of February 2010, my service was stopped without any message/call. When I contacted to customer care executive they said we must have sent sms it could be problem with your hand set that you haven't received it.(POOR AND BASELESS ARGUMENT). Then I asked to restart the service and said that I will provide all required documents on next weekend. I talked to appellate officer of hyderabad circle and she also gave the same poor reply.

        Finally, I resubmitted the documents to the Airtel, madhapur branch on 6th February. Customer care lady over the branch told me that, this card won't be activated again from her past experience.(THIS SPEAKS ABOUT AIRTEL SERVICE). When I contacted back to customer care around 23 February, they said again that documents are tempered(Although, my driving license was xeroxed by airtel guy at the branch only). I called again and got another reply that they haven't received the documents. I went to madhapur branch and asked and the showed the receipt that they submitted the documents.(NO ONE HAS THE ANSWER WHERE THE DOCUMENTS ARE that i submitted.)

        I asked that, I am now over with this airtel and want my balance around 350Rs back and will go for other provider. Then I got the answer that ones amount is added, they can't give the refund.

        Now,
        Problem No.
        1) Without any notification my service was stopped.
        2) Even after resubmitting the documents, I didn't got my service on.
        3) Now, I didn't get the service nor my money back.

        I am now tired with airtel, so problem number 1 and 2 doesn't metter much to me now. I want the refund for my amount.

          Aren't we all suffering at the poor quality of service at the hands of Airtel? The so called "atoot network" can't hold a conversation of 60 seconds without bad voice quality or call drops.

          I have been a customer of Airtel for 10 years and in this specific instance I have been complaining for 1 year about the poor coverage in our building with no redress. First they kept denying it, then they asked for specific locations (e.g. DND bridge call drops), finally they asked for a list of subscribers with phone numbers in our building.

          After initially being resigned to my fate, I put together a list of 70 phone numbers in our building and sent it across to Airtel (email history attached below). Needless to say their latest claim is that they are setting up a new base station in our location, uhh sometime next year maybe!

          The honest truth is that operator networks are overloaded. They spend nothing on upgrading capacity and find it convenient to hide behind "the government does not give us more spectrum...". When in reality they are bending radio physics and have pretty much maxed out the usable spectrum/equipment. In essence each time they sign a new customer, they are diluting OUR existing customer quality!

          What are we to do? I'd like a one year refund on my phone bills and "number portability" so that I can move over to Vodafone or Tata or Reliance.

          The gaul of Airtel adverts - "Airtel ka atoot network" "100% Service Promise" are nothing more than misrepresentations to the public and the regulator TRAI should do something about this.

          What is the correct forum for such redressal? Anyone have any ideas? Maybe we can start a signature campaign...

              Yes my friend i totally agree with you. Recently airtel introduced a contest in which a blog had to be written and the best blog would win nano ipod. i wrote the blog and i was declared the winner. My name was listed at the airtel website and it was stated "You have won an ipod nano. You will be contacted shortly". Its been 5 weeks since then...Neither have they contacted me, nor have i recieved my prize.

              i had participated in kya aap panchvi paas se tez hai contest from my phone no [protected] in the year 2007 and had answered all the questions and the charges applied were Rs 6 per minute. next day i got a call from a customer executive asking me the details of my home address to send a certificate signed by sharukh khan but since then almost one and a half years have passed but there is no news of that certificate. bharti may be slated to go with biggest overseas telecom deal with MTN but its services are still far from customer satisfaction.

                Sub: Fake promise by a AIRTEL agent.

                Respected Sirs,
                We are the members of a colony named KRISHNA VATIKA, Delhi Road, Meerut, U.P. At present there are 30 families residing and 20 more are going to come within 5-6 months.

                For security purposes, we wanted an intercom connection facility among ourselves and with the gatekeeper.
                Mr. Amit (mob no +91-[protected]), a representative (from Meerut)
                of your esteemed organisation contacted us.He offered us a plan, according to which if we apply for 10 or more connections of Rs 241 pm, there would be an intercom connection among the residents and also with the gatekeeper.He promised to waive Rs 350, the cost of apparatus.He asked us to pay Rs 500 per connection, which would be adjusted in the bill. We made a cash payment to him Rs (500 x 10 = 5000) on May 5, 2008. He promised us that he would give us the receipts the very next day, which we haven’t received till today. (the proof that we have submitted the amount is the wiring which he had done).
                Seven out of those 10 applications have been installed, and three connections are still pending after 20 days. The free intercom phone at the gatekeeper has also not been installed.
                Now, Mr Amit has stopped answering our calls.Many complaints have been lodged at 121, but unfortunately no action has been taken.
                Since promises made to us have not been fulfilled, we kindly request you to either disconnect our phones and return our amounts or setup an inquiry against this person named Amit. Please do the needfull.

                  i had downloaded a malayalam ringtones from rediff mail on 27th may 2008 and the cost for the ring tone was been deducted from my prepaid account and got the confirmation msg stating that the ringtone will be received shortly...still not received the ringtone. Called 121 and spoke to CRE Santosh and he said that he cant give any information about why the cost is deducted and told to call after 24 hours. Airtel callcentre are the worst call centre i suppose...the Customer CARE Executive dont care for the customers. They just want to wrap their calls as fast as they can and then could sit idle and chit chat.

                  Airtel — about ringtones

                  Hi

                  I am using prepaid airtel connection and when i used to get recharged from any of the airtel outlet at madhya pradesh at bhopal without asking for i[censored] need any ringtone or not they used to subscribe and they charge for this. As i have told i dont need any ringtone then also they used to do it because i dont get the voucher as the outlet person use to put the recharge coupon from their phones and it is easy to make a customer bluff becoz no body knows what the outlet persons are doing once they subscribe from the phone the customer money is cut and the customer has to pay their dirty deeds.

                  Alert to all customer who are using airtel connection and i came to know about such deeds from best companies like airtel.

                    I have be calling 121 visiting ARC Kalayani Nagar and VEGA Centre for the MCA ACTIVE & A PARTY DEACTIVE since 16th March 2008 but then of no use I justed wanted to know if AIRTEL is charging me the rental for MCA then why cann t they give service to the Customer
                    I had called 121 around 14 TIMES visted ARC 5 times met Mr M H Qureshi Centre Manager but then of no use and lastly i thought this problem will be resolved by VEGA CENTRE but then it was of no use for your information that i have beeing to VEGA CENTRE on[protected] and 31st March 2008 but then everyday they said one ANSWER i e wait for next 24 hours and the Cust Care Exec named Ms Ajeeta even doesn t know how to talked to customer and her behaviour toward a POSTPAID Customer is like this then for Prepaid only Almighty is last hope So on 31st March 08 I have written letter to the Mumbai People and had a receiving from her but then that is also of no use
                    I have sended mail to Nodal Officer nodalofficer mumbai airtel in and Appelatte appellate mah airtel in but then sending mail to them was of no use.Are they working for the Organsation
                    I have heard alot about CUSTOMER DELIGHT and CUSTOMER SATISFACTION from AIRTEL where all has gone
                    So finally i have only the last option as i have written mail to 121 airtelindia com but then even i didnot got even a COURTESY CALL FROM AIRTEL 121so know i have been left with one option to move to Consumer Forum and Print Media because of the Mental Agony and Time you people have taken.

                    Thanks team, but then hope this WILL BE NOT REPEATED WITH ANY OTHER CUSTOMER.

                    In our area because of Air Tel Tower at -Urduna, po-Urduna, Via-Bardol, Dist-Bargarh, Orissa we are using air tel service. At the begining it was working properly. But from 14th April 2008 it is not working properly. Even with a distance less than 1km we are not receiving signal.We complained to Customer Care on dated 10.07.08, Complain No-COGCL[protected], called more than 10 times to Area manager, to distributor etc.Again we complained to Area manager on dated 29.07.08. But nobody is listening.In our area we are facing a lot of problem because of taking Air Tel connection. You are telling "Aisa Azadi Aur Kahan". But not providing the service properly. Therefore we request to solve the problem at early as possible.

                    I strongly advice to de-activate all your post paid connections from Airtel, it's a very stupid customer care they have. I have been complaining from past 2 months about my CUG benefits, not even there floor managers have capability to resolve our issue. They are not even de-activating my no. they simply keep on calling and tourchering to pay the bill, without sending me the revised bill. If you guys continue the service of Airtel you will simply keep on complaining and will not get any resolution from this stupid customer care. Please all of you go for some other service provider.

                      I had a postpaid Airtel connection at Hyderabad and I have recently shifted from Hyderabad to Bangalore. Day before my transfer, I visited one of the Airtel Customer Care Center and settled my dues. Instead of closing the account, they have suggested me to relocate the connection to Bangalore for Rs.99/- which is valid for 15 days and I can use my number as local at Bangalore. They have also promised that as far as possible they will provide the same number to me and at least the last five digits will be same.

                      When I went to Airtel Customer Care at Bangalore, they have informed me that there is no provision for relocation and I will have to book for a new postpaid connection.

                      After that I have called the Airtel Call Center at Bangalore and Hyderabad a number of times and asked them to close my account. Each time they have informed me that they will arrange a call back and disconnected the line.

                      Now they have made the bill with full roaming, even for the initial 15 days time

                        I got 2 messages from Airtel (on 13-may-2008 and 25-may-2008) saying that "There is a full talk-time offer if I recharge my mobile with Rs.155". I have recharged on both the days. But, only Rs.138 was credited in to my account. I have complained to Customer care 4 times-but they are simply saying "Sorry" and taking the complaint. But, there is no response from them till now and even the amount is not credited.

                          Hey! I have Airtel unlimited 256 kbps plan ... and monthly charges are Rs.750/-. For past 2 months the browsing and downloading speed is very slow. At the time of applying the Airtel Broadband the Airtel people promised me that i'll be getting an speed of 40kbps to 50kbps. But rite frm the day 1, i'm getting 20kbps to 25kbps speed. The Airtel peoples are fraud. They cheat the customers.

                            Hello,

                            I activated GPRS service on my Airtel conecction...after 2 days i deactivated it..
                            Even after deactivating the GPRS service i was being charged for it...they deducted Rs.200 from my balance and stopped the deduction when my balance reached Rs.3.
                            On contacting the Airtel Customer care...i got my refund ..but from the next day itself again the deduction started ...till date they have deducted my 180 Rs.
                            Now whenever my balance is more than 15 Rs. ...Airtel is deducting Rs. 12 every time for the GPRS service...

                            The worst part is that though they are charging me for the GPRS connection...the GPRS service is suspended...

                            im very much frustrated by continuosly calling the CC and emailing them my issue...

                            Please look into this as soon as possible...

                            AirTel — Deduction of money even after deactivation of GPRS service

                            Sir,
                            I requiested for activation of GPRS service on 17-05-08 at 20.45hrs. My message was regestered by the co. and I got returned message that u will get confermation within 4 hrs, however till next day I didn't get any confirmation so I dialled the customer care for the same they said it is already activated on ur phone and because the setting are not proper u r anable to brouse the net. I asked the setting and they provided it .
                            Still the service was not satisfactory.So I requested to deactivate the GPRS service on 18-05-08 at 22-54hrs & I got confirmation message also for the same. GPRS service on my mobile was disabled immediately however till date[protected]Airtel is cutting Rs 14.95 from my prepaid a/c for no reason. when I contacted the customer care, they informed me that ur GPRS service is still active that is why ur balance is being deducted.
                            I activated Airtel GPRS4 days ago. When I tried t disable it by SMS, that "confirmation SMS" which Airtel was supposed to send me did not come.What shou'd I do?Opt out of Airtel?Take serious action??If the Rs.14.99/- per day continues to deduct from my balance, soon I shall be a beggar!!! Of course there are better service providers than Airtel...

                            airtel is one of the worst companies nowadays, frequent disconnects, no proper coverage, and the worst among the worst is they are proud for their pathetic service and care. Call a cust care agent of airtel and tell him your concerns, the cust care person will take complete care to spoil ur mood and day.

                            now airtel has started charging 25 rupees per day for gprs which is absolutely ridiculous.. After speaking with care, i felt as if am speaking to grocery store baniya, who just gets rid of everything if told about the bad service and product.

                            utterly frustrated with airtel, feel like i speak with someone who has no brains when one speaks with cust care.


                            adding to it, they trick cust by giving problems to cust, cos of which user needs to deactivate gprs n once reactivated, the new revised and increased charges are levied, for which cust care has no solution, n its hopless speakin wid them.

                            we either need to completely ban usage of the services they keep charging for, gprs one of such services, which they keep increasing the charges without increasing the service quality.

                            its better ban them instead wasting our time n spoiling our day, if all stop using their so called good services, maybe that would, ake them realise, that people are not satisfied.

                            if you think the management looks in cust care records and work on services accordingly, then you are wrong, if they wud have, the charges and the service wouldnt be this worst.

                            On contacting the Airtel Customer care...they told me to refund the money in 24 Hrs. i didn't get the amount.Till date they have deducted my balance whenever i recharged with atleast Rs.10 they deduced all the amount, Now whenever my balance is more than 5 Rs. ...Airtel is deducting all the amount. when i contact the customer care and was talking about this problem the call was disconnected suddenly.. thereafter they didn't response my call.

                            The worst part is that though they are charging me for the GPRS connection...the GPRS service is suspended...

                            Please look into this as soon as possible...
                            even i'm suffering from the same issue please take action against airtel !!!
                            I found a way to disable it. You need to go configuration setting ( for me it was setting -> wireless setting -> mobile networks -> APN ( access point network).
                            There you will find two APN ( airtelgprs.com and airtelMMS.com ).
                            Delete both. You may need to do this every time you are switching to new mobile.
                            This is disconnect you from Airtel Live and Airtel GPRS.

                              I'm unable to send any sms for activation and for wrong recharge from my etop up no. i.e[protected].I'm being facing this problem since 10 days, due to this my business is being affected, i'm losing my regular customers and i informed my area distributor[C.B.S Enterprises] and the manager"Mr.HARI" long ago, but theirs no action being taken from their side. So i kindly request u to look into this matter n take some action as soon as possible.

                              Airtel — Wrong Activation of echarge

                              I was tried to recharge my Airtel Mobile No.[protected] with 222 (Full Talk Time) on 23.05.2010 around 07.00 PM and paid Rs.222/- to the Airtel Dealer.

                              But, Airtel Dealer M/s M.V.P.Super Market - Krishna College Road - Old Venkogipalem - Visakhapatnam - sofar my Mobile has not yet recharged.

                              As informed by the above Dealer the above recharge has been made wrongly to Airtel Mobile No.[protected]. And asked me to wait another 48 Hrs. (25.05.2010 upto 07.00 PM) to get back the same from Customer Care Centre.

                              SO FAR MY MOBILI NO.[protected] HAS NOT BEEN RECHARGED.

                              Please look into the matter, and confirm whether [protected] has recharged with Rs.222/- on 23.05.2010 or not.

                                from last one month I am not get contacted to your customer care services because when I call to ur customer care executive the computer simply says that please send ur query by SMS which gets me in trouble so much. I am using the airtel services from last 2 years and the airtel gives me the full satisfaction from last 2 years but now a days it gets me in trouble and not me satisfaction Its haryana network are also getting so harsh day by day.                                 I am jayapragash, Using AIRTEL for the past 6 years. Many times I spoke to the AIRTEL customer care for different issues, none of the time they solved my problem. If I keep-on call them until my problem get resolved, They will say that they are going to transfer to supervisor, but the phone will ring and no one will pick up the call. If you keep on try, they will block your number where in your call wont be routed to the customer care executives.

                                For the past 15 days my GPRS get disconnects and connects more than 25 times a minute. So i receive the balance message for each disconnects. Because of this my mobile screen will be of massages only, If anyone calls me I couldn't identify the name because the messages will hide the caller's name. In this regards, I spoke to customer care executives, but i am helpless. Same thing happened which i have mentioned in the above few lines.

                                  I purchased a new prepaid connection from Kishenpur-Manwal(Jammu) on[protected] with thw assurance that the connection will be actrvated with in a day or two. To it is[protected]. The connecytion has not been activated till now in spite of repeated assurance by the concern agent from time to time. This ha made my routine life more dificult on joining at new place. The nimber given to me is [protected]

                                  i recently called airtel executive for new airtel broadband connection, they says within 1 day we will install to home, but they take much time to connect, we are still waiting for the connection, whenever we tried to contact the customer care or executive, but the result always nill, we could take any action but coz we deposite 1000 for airtel executive, some times he switch off his mobile or not responding,

                                    It is to submit that I had given an application regarding subject mentioned matter along with all the necessary documents as desired by your dealer to M/S Shah Televentures, Shop No.1 Green Market Complex Jalandhar at their sub counter S.R mobiles Near Dera Satkartar Jalandhar.
                                    I am extremely sorry to inform you that the dealer appointed by you has made me to come again and again mentioning the server is down etc. etc and now the papers are with them since 26 feb. 2008. I have been told to deposit Rs 1400/- while receiving the papers as bill due, where as I had deposited Rs 2200/- but my ownership has not been changed when I inquired from the agency the representative Ms Shikha told me that as I have filled only one form for transfer of two no.s so the Head office has rejected my case and again asked me to fill one more declaration form which I got signed from the original owner my brother Mr Arvind Kumar after about one week when I again inquired about my case I was told that I have to deposit Rs. 700/- for my subject mentioned first no. and Rs.450/- for my second no. again I had deposited Rs.1000/- and Rs.700/- each for respective no.s vide receipt no.[protected] and[protected]. on dated 20-5-08.
                                    I was astonished to hear from customer care today on 26-05-08 that till date they have not received any request for subject mentioned case.
                                    You are requested to get the needful done at the earliest and send the separate bills for above mentioned no’s and take action against the dealer for harassing and wasting my time.

                                    It is inform you that i Raj Kumar Kapoor Trustee of Dharmshalla" Lala Nathmal Narayan Das Topiya Wale", Ram Ghat, Haridwara that your delhi office approach us to install a Airtel tower in our premise. Mr.Paras, Mr.Bhadwaj and Mr.ankur(from delhi office) contact us on telephone and settled the conditons with us and send airtel bharti employees at haridwara for a written agreement with us to install the tower. On 27th March 2007 an agreement was signed between us and your company.After 4 month your company send us two Pay Orders of Central Bank of India of amount Rs 15, 750 each from Deutsche Bank, New Delhi of date 27th July 2007.The pay order number "120165"and "120164", one pay order of name Raj Kumar and second of name Brijmohan.But we ask them that they should be sent the pay order with as one name "Brijmohan Raj Kumar" as it is a joint account.So we sent both the pay orders back to your office with Registered letter for the correction of the Pay order.Since then one year has passed we haven't recieved a single penny from your office and and your office have been shifted from Okhala to Lucknow.I also tried to confirm many times from Madam Priyanka, Mr.Sehazan and Mr.Harish and your Legal advisor and all of them didn't respond to my complaints.So please consider my complaint and take some action otherwise i have to take some legal action.

                                    As I remember, I had a cell connection No: [protected]( at Aurangabad in the state of Maharashtra. I had surrendered the same around 4-5 years back with a request to discontinue the service. SIM was also surrendered to your local office at Aurangabad as desired.
                                    Now, It has acme to my knowledge that the same number is in operationwith the customer Mr. Patil of Nasik. Kindly confirm whether the same number has been re-alloted to the said person. This is brought to your notice for taking neceswsary actions in order to avoid any misuse of the same.                                     Dear CCE,

                                    Myself is Amit Kapila working as Agency Manager in Bharti Axa Life Insurance Co. Ltd., Mohali. I bought new airtel (Postpaid) corporate connection ([protected]) through Bharti Axa on 10th of July, 2008. I submitted my two proofs. My Driving License copy as a ID Proof and as my address proof i have submitted in written on my Company's Letter Head as per instructions given by your corporate dealer in Chandigarh i.e. Strategic Marketing Co. Ltd., Sector - 17, Chandigarh. On my License, there was our old address and verification executive gone to our that old address as i already told them that the address i have given on my company's letter head that is our present & permanent address. On 13th of july, outgoing barred on my number, then i called up Customer Care Executive & Dealer (SMPL) for then they told me that i have to submit documents again. On 16th i have submitted my same two documents to executive of SMPL (Mr. Bhuvesh & Mr. Laxman) as per instructions by them. They told me that your number ([protected]) will in service again till 12PM (Midninght of 16th July). My number got service again on 17th of July. Now, after five days again i am facing same problem. My outgoing again barred on 22nd July. Kindly confirm from your dealer that why they are harassing me and making scene again and again.

                                    I already have 3 more connections of Airtel at my home 2 postpaid & 1 Prepaid. But till date we never face any problem. But now, we are facing very much problem due to mistake of Airtel Dealer.

                                    If this number ([protected]) will not get any service again then i will not pay any single peny or any outstanding payment against this number ([protected]) as i have already escalted this number ([protected]) in my corporate circle & Friend Circle.
                                    You can better understand how much problem i am facing.

                                    Kindly arrange to confirm from dealer or please activate outgoing call facility on this number ([protected]) at the earliest possible.

                                    I just want to tell you that i have two prepaids[protected] & [protected].Firstly the first number was not working . The registratration has failed & after wards the incoming was stopped anyways it got rectified by nodal officer Jammu. The second number [protected] its customer care (9)option i.e talk to customer care is stopped. The message uttered by computer sms air to121 .Then i sent mail to appellate officer of Jammu mr Bhaghanu but nothing action has been taken by them till today. I just want to know that why my customer executive (9)option has been stopped . Kindly see into this matter. I would be obliged.

                                    i would like to mention that an incomplete airtel tower is constructed since last one year opposite our house on some disputed land at keran bantalab, jammu which is not in working condition since that time. therefore here is my mobile no. [protected] to approach me as i am interested to provide enough space, i have a plot with dimension 65"x 45" just opposite constructed tower. it will be very easy for your goodself to move the said tower as my place is just opposite the said tower.

                                      Dear All,

                                      We are on the progress of renovating our residence which indeed calls for demolishion of
                                      outer fence.Right now i am using your broadband connectivity thro the DP box affixed at the
                                      same fence as mentioned above.
                                      In this connection, we referred you guys for shifting the DP box to different location to your customer care
                                      (198) before 2weeks.
                                      They have promised this issue will be sorted out within a week & later said it will be resolved
                                      before 23rd may 2008.
                                      The bad thing is, by knowing the reputation of Airtel, i started trusting your company to a
                                      greater extent.
                                      Later on, i felt how fool i was . really horrible experience with your guys for providing a false
                                      unprofessional answers.
                                      As a routine basis, daily i used to call your executives to trigger a start
                                      I have taken a strand, hereafter i will not recommend so called Airtel to anybody to go for it >>>i am very clear .
                                      these days i am canvasing people/relatives etc for not to use AIRTEL here onwards.,

                                      I have never seen such a worst response even the customer is indicating he is dejected

                                      I suggest you to remove my broadband connection as quick as possible, bcos there are
                                      plenty of other service providers who r doing better better enhanced service than yours.

                                      I got new Airtel Broadband connection a month back, with the plan of Rupees 750 unlimited and with 50 free calls. And i got that months bill saying Rupees 799 unlimited and no free calls. Seeing this i called the customer care and complained about the plan on 31st may 2008 (complaint number[protected]. the customer executives said they will look after the complaint and you will get call within two days. But i did not get any call regarding my complaints, so i called them today[protected]to check the status and they said we already called you and solved the problem. but i didnt get any call and i did not get any response. I said to the customer executive officers that "you people mentioned one plan before giving the connection and you changed the plan without giving any prior notice if you gonna continue the same 750 plan i will continue with the plan or else you please cut the connection". the person who is responsible for this please take action..
                                      i have got a problem...they charge 2 mins rates for 55-58 seconds of a single cal...
                                      I had given my money for change of Airtel prepaid to postpaid but its 5 days now and they have also taken sim card and still not changed our number

                                        I have purchased a data card connection in August 2007 2007 from Airtel. As against the commitment, I could not use the data card for next one month as I was travelling. Apparently, the roaming services were not activated on the card. I had to lodge several complaints before the roaming is finally activated.
                                        The problem was still not over. I could barely use the data card for a few days. Rather I could say i managed to log on, but I could hardly do anything with the poor speed and the connection used to get disconnected every few minutes.
                                        After a few days, it stopped working altogether. Startng 8th and 9th of November 2007, I lodged a series of complaints. Every time I was apologised by Airtel that there is some technical problem and it will be resolved in next two hours. but the next two hours did never come and I never been able to use the connection after that, despite repeated complaints.
                                        Where the airtel was not working on the connection, It kept on sending me bills every month, even when the connection was not working. I had paid an advance money when I got the connection installed and never got the value for the money spend. Not even that, I kept on receiving bills.
                                        I wrote a letter to airtel and ask Airtel to give me an acknowledgement of the same. Airtel refused to give me an acknowledgement, unless I pay the dues of Rs. 1200 first. I refused to pay for it as I did not get any service. I had already paid an advance which I could never recover.
                                        After few days, airtel started harrassing me with the notice from the lawyers and and frequent calls from their call centre. There is no place where i can lodge my grievance, but I decided not to bow down to the harrassment done by Airtel.
                                        I will move to consumer court after this and will make sure that Sunil Mittal has to explain this.I will fight this till supreme court if required. Airtel may check from the call history about the number of complaints i submitted with them and hours i spent with their technical team trying to resolve this issue, without any support from their side. I have all those compliant numbers and dates written in my note book. Will produce them before the court.
                                        Am srinivasa reddy ([protected]) from bangalore, i have purchessed airtel data card in the month of may 2008, at the time purchesing executive promised me about speed around more than 150bps but as of now am getting below 5bps and i raised the compaint regarding the aboue issue but i haven't get any solution from airtel. customer care responce is too thirdclass and disconnecting call.
                                        my sincere advice dont go for airtel data card, even am loyal customer for airtel, am using airtel sim from past 6 years.
                                        Airtel Datacard Service - Review

                                        As per my advice, do not even think about Airtel Datacard service. Their service is pathetic both in terms of speed compared to other service provider and billing procedure. I had terrible experience and within 9 days of my connection, i had surrendered it. Their daily unbilled amount does not consider your data plan and free transfer limit resulted your service will be deactivated even when you have not reached your free limit.

                                        Take example of their 350/- rental plan where 500 MB free data transfer is allowed and above that Rs. 5/- per MB. Now say you credit limit is set to Rs. 1200/- and you made a data transfer of 300 MB after the activation. Their system will take is as 300*5 = INR 1500 which means you are above your credit limit and your service will be deactivated until you make payment of INR 1500 or wait for your billing to generate. Their billing system will consider free transfer of 500 MB only at the time of bill generation. So you would never be able to utilize at least your free limit.

                                        The same is true for Rs. 999 wala plan. You can utilize the internet data transfer till your credit limit and once you reach their credit limit as per their faulty unbilled system, you have to make the advance payment of entire amount to get it reactivated but in reality are required to pay only Rs. 999/- which will be considered only at the time of billing generation.

                                        Their speed is even poor compared to BSNL/TataIndicom.

                                        If any one is even considering going for this, i would request them to clarify the issue specifically related to billing system with their customer support executive before they go for this.
                                        I have brought Airtel Datacard on 13th of December 2008...My bill come too high andthe connection is very very slow. They charge me more than Rs 5672.85/- with in one month. I dont think we can access even 512 MB even we connect it the whole night and the whole day. This airtel datacard slow and not good service...Damn it...I advise you all not to use it...
