[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid — Deduction of credit without request | |
Subject: Deduction of credit without request Dear Sir/Madam, My cell number id [protected]. I neither subscribed any service nor made any call from my cell. But the amount has been deduced from my mobile balance since june 4th without my knowledge and any information. i had recharged my mobile on june 3rd for Rs.50 and on the next day i noticed that Rs. 33 was deduced.When I contacted with Airtel Customer service for knowing the reason of Deduction of credit, the customer support told me that you had used our airtel live services for browsing and downloading purposes, but i didn't . Two days later (june 5)I recharged for Rs.50 and on the next day, i noticed that Rs. 30 was deduced. I had contacted the customer support, they told me the same reason what i had before. So i decided to unsubscribe the facility of AIRTEL LIVE.. Even though AIRTEL LIVE was deactivated, my amount was deduced . My balance was deduced whenever i recharged my mobile... I have contacted often for this, but they told the same without any useful response (They replied me that you have downloaded the pictures, games & You have made the STD call..but i didn't). If so i downloaded uncertainly, i have to get any messages from airtel but i didn't get any message from airtel...Since now, I have lost the amount around RS.250(two hundred and fifty). I contacted the customer support often, they gave me the same reply of "Hereafter u won't get any fault"... Today also i recharged for RS 50 in the morning, but my balance has deduced RS.37... For the past two months, i have this problem... Give me some solution for this matter, this would create the negative impression to your network among my surroundings... my airtel prepaid lifetime cell no.[protected], regularly airtel people send me push message for wallpapers, on 26th july 08 just i press that message suddenly they has been deducted Rs.50 from my account without my knowledge and approval.
before also I compalined about this but no response from your side. kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

I received a sms from airtel that if I do an e-recharge of Rs-258 then I will get talktime of Rs-300. There was no mention of any prescribed time period for that and only an mention of make e-recharge quickly.
When I did the e-recharge of Rs-258, I got talk time of Rs131.91.
So, please look into the matter and take necessary step on my complain.

my mobile no is [protected]. i had took this no in july, 2008. but without any information my mobil totally disconnected since 19th aug 2008.when i talk to your customer care he said that "your all documents are not summitted".then i went to your airtel head office in patna and gave them my documents again, but they reject my request and not restore my sim arbitratarily due to this my several works are hampered and also disturbe my several works which create financial problem.so kindly take suitale steps for restoration.this sim is also lifetime facilities and disconnection was done from back period

I have given the request to deact airtel live on my airtel prepaid no [protected] but it has not being done.
Hence i request you to plz send me a confirmation sms whether the airtel live has being deactivated on my number or not

Yes. It is 100% true. I have also affected by this. I have also sent the complaints. We will make a network on this, then only people will be serious.For them, it like some 10 or 50 rupees matter. But for us, this total mental torture.We need the solutions.
