Airtel Prepaid — CUT BALANCE WITHOUT RESION

Two days before I have problem with Network/connecting call
with my athor phone Nos [protected]/[protected]. When I call
This Phone Nos.immedatly I lesson recording - THIS IS NOT VALIDE NO.
& Amt debitd from my a/c. I face this proble for two days(only evening/night time)
Due to this problem I lost my 45 to 50 Rs.And Yesterday eveening i check my balnce
it is more than 700/- after some time suddenly i found it is 367/- immediatly i launch
complaint with custome care. A Man Wrote my complaint at 10.00 to 10.06 pm.but
he talkng rurdly.
Please kindly suggest me I will continue with you pepole or try for anothe service
provider.please look into the matter & give importance to your regular customers.

And as soon as i recive the massage 1 rs is diducted frm my account.
Please stop the secvice of 5432101 as soon as possible & refund me my money.

First of all u do not get connected to the customer care executive.Its very irritating. On top of that if you call this number [protected] which is airtel customer care number they deduct 60 paise from ur balance. Normally Customer care of any company is toll free. But these airtel people deduct ur money if you call the customer care. What...is this a punishment for calling the customer care of airtel.I am demanding an explanation for this and i want my money back. Reliance was better than this airtel atleast they dont charge you i[censored] call their customer care.
